Holiday houses in Clayton Bay

We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous cottage! I stayed for two nights with three girlfriends and it was the perfect getaway. The place has that charming, rustic cottage vibe but with all the modern comforts—air conditioning, fans, a dishwasher, and everything you need to feel totally relaxed and at home. The decor was super cute and well thought out, and everything was beautifully presented. One of our favorite parts was the outdoor area—there’s a fabulous open fire pit, which was perfect for sitting around with a glass of wine in the evening or enjoying a quiet coffee and book in the morning on the comfy lounges. The host was amazing—so easy to communicate with, very welcoming, and the place was easy to find. Highly recommend this spot if you’re after a cozy, stylish escape with a touch of nature and a lot of comfort!

Wow! What an amazing place to stay! The photos did not do the place justice. We spent two nights with our two children and our friends and their child. I was worried it may be too small for us all but we stepped inside and we're amazed by the space with two separate living areas. The house has been so beautifully furnished. The beds were comfier than our own and every piece of furniture was stylish and homely. The showers were big rain style showers and the kids loved the big bath. The central heating kept us cosy while it was raining and windy outside and the outdoor space with the firepit was so lovely when we finally got a spot of sun. The location was great as it was close to town but still peaceful and quiet. Would definitely stay here again in the future! Highly recommended! Thanks again! :-)

We stayed here with 9 family members and had the best time. We all agreed it is the best Airbnb we have stayed at. From the attention to detail, games provided, linen, welcome gifts and location/view. We will be back!

Our stay at The Nook was amazing. Erin's communication was excellent from the moment we first booked and all the way through our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. The Nook was exactly as described and as pictured on Air Bnb. It was very peaceful and tranquil, in what was a beautiful setting. Sitting in front of the fire, with a local Red Wine and watching the view from the windows was very relaxing. Even saw a few Kangaroos having a fight which made for great entertainment (no Kangaroo was injured). The Nook had everything that you need, and we even received some local Melba's Chocolate and a card on our arrival which was a nice touch. There was plenty to do in what was a short walk or drive and can recommend LOT 100 and the Charleston Pub for great food and wine. Highly recommend a stay at The Nook!

We were made to feel at home and had a wonderful stay on our way through to Kangaroo Island. It was spotlessly clean too.

We had such a lovely time. The place is so warm and inviting. Had everything we needed. When the weather was nice we enjoyed walking to the beach and watching the waves, then walking into Middleton for a coffee. When it was raining we enjoyed the beautiful fire, board games and watching the day go by out the gorgeous big windows. Thanks for hosting us!

From our very first interaction, we knew Lucy was going to be an excellent host. Always friendly and quick to reply, Lucy answered all our questions and provided local recommendations for our specific needs. The home itself (and it felt like our home for an all-too-brief time) was stunning. Two well-equipped floors, with all the equipment promised in the listing (and a few more) made this an excellent base for exploring the beautiful nearby beaches. We had two rainy days, but we actually really enjoyed a mid-holiday chill out in this remarkable property. Sunsets from one of the two balconies were memorable. Realistically, we're unlikely to actually need to use the property in the future (unless another neice decides to get married in Adelaide) but I would never rule out conjuring up a reason to visit Seacliff again, just so we could stay here. It's really that special.

We had a beautiful stay at peachy beachy over the June long weekend, the house is as described, has everything you need, beds are comfortable and the space functions perfectly. We had a very wet and wintry stay but with the fire, games, comfy couches and coffee machine we felt very catered for. We even had a go at the pizza oven which made great pizza! Table tennis was a hit with the kids and the bathtub was very luxurious. Jade was very easy to communicate with and even offered an early check in without request. Thanks for a lovely stay, would stay again! Xx
