Our beautiful, perfectly situated, large seafront apartment, is set over two floors, here in Roker , Sunderland. One of the most sought after places to stay . It’s a perfect place for business or pleasure whilst visiting the Northeast of England. Close to several pubs, restaurants and amenities, you couldn't ask for a better place to call your home away from home. We have recently had several small independent eateries open serving excellent food and drink. Which I can highly recommend.

Charming place and perfect for a family travelling together, plenty of space and all rooms were really comfortable and well furnished. Only small issue was stairs as I struggle with arthritis, but this had very little impact on our stay. Would 100% recommend and would 100% use this place again if we are in the area, 10x’s better than any hotel at a fraction of the cost. Loved it.

Felt at home from the first moment we arrived, the little garden is a lovely little sun trap and we had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, it was spotlessly clean and they have been so helpful as I forgot my charger! Would definitely stay again.
