Felt right at home on the Blue River. Shannon’s condo was very clean, comfortable, tastefully appointed, and well equipped. It served as a perfect retreat as I explored the area, worked remote, and got in some late spring skiing. The location is great! I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the sounds of the river as I worked. The kitchen proved to be properly stocked with stainless steel cookware and gas range, and the bed was comfy too. Nice! Shannon was easy to communicate with and provided detailed directions / instructions to make check in/out a breeze and stay as seamless as possible. Great experience and I’d love to stay again next time I’m in the area!

The value for us was in the location. Right next to the path along the creek in downtown. The unit itself was clean & met expectations. The owners even got us in early which was greatly appreciated. We love Golden & recommend this rental.

We spent three days at Kristy's beautiful condo. Great location and it was so peaceful there. We loved to sit on the deck and enjoy the river behind it and the view. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. It was exactly as described, and you could tell they take pride in sharing it with others. The area has a lot of great places to eat and there are beautiful places if you want to hike or just enjoy the area, plenty to do. Kristy was extremely prompt on replying if we had a question. This is one of the best Airbnb locations I have stayed. I highly recommend Kristy's condo and hoping we can return again in the future.

Book it. Just do it. My wife and I booked Michael’s property for our honeymoon and it did not disappoint! The view is more incredible than pictures can convey. Dillon has great amenities within minutes, not to mention the edge of the lake is a short walk away. Breckenridge and Vail are under half an hour’s drive, and whether you’re out sightseeing or just reading and watching tv with the most killer view you’ve ever seen, the vacation is going to be a good one.

I had a wonderful 2.5 week stay at Sandra's place on the lake. I used to live in the area, so I was familiar with a lot of things. She was very friendly and responsive and answered texts immediately. The place was very comfortable and clean. Perfect for a lengthy stay. She even had a very comfortable Murphy bed in the living room as an added sleeping space when two of us were there. The available laundry area was much appreciated. Oh, and the extra little starter-pack goodies (snacks, dish soap, laundry soap, flip flops, etc.) were very thoughtful. It was a safe area too. I will be back!

The view is what makes this place special! We had a very nice time, sitting on the balcony, watching the boats and taking walks along the shore of Lake Dillon. Great location, close to Silverthorne, Frisco, Keystone.

Clean and has everything you need for essential necessities. Very convenient location, about 5-10 minutes from downtown and the slopes! Can’t beat it.

We had a great time staying here. There was plenty of room for our family, the kitchen made it easy to make meals, and there was a great outside eating area we enjoyed. It was easy to find and ample parking. The location is great. It was less than 10 minutes to Loveland ski area which is a fantastic place to ski. It’s also really close to Georgetown and Idaho Springs if you want to eat out or walk around a town. We also loved sitting in the hot tub under the stars after a fun day on the slopes! Jesse was super responsive and helpful. We would 100% stay here again.

It was a great place to stay. Be aware that this cabin is above 9,000ft and can contribute to elevation sickness. Beyond that it was amazing to hear the water in the stream while we were outside playing. Very quiet and not very busy road. The water pressure could have been better, but got the job done. It’s hard to fault pressure when the place is on top of a mountain:).

We stayed here together with another family and had a very enjoyable stay. Our host was very helpful with communication and responsive with any questions that we had. The house is beautiful and located in a pristine and peaceful area. Everything was very clean and fully stocked for a comfortable stay. There is plenty to do and see around Idaho Springs, and the surrounding mountains. If you have a chance to stay here, I highly recommend doing so.

An absolutely lovely place. The perfect getaway from real life. Rainfall shower was super relaxing after a long day of hiking. Beds were super comfortable. Views were lovely! Would stay again in a heartbeat

This stay was so lovely! We enjoyed sitting next to Clear Creek and watching all the rafters pass by. The proximity to Idaho Springs gave a lot of opportunities to explore. Beth was also very communicative before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again, and would recommend the stay to others!

The house was clean, well stocked with complimentary snacks, trashbags, laundry detergent, towels etc. The Views and proximity to hiking, biking, and other amenities in Idaho Springs was ideal for our stay. The house is modern, comfortable and well laid out. My Wife and daughter particularly enjoyed the reading nook. The kids made use of the host provided snow sleds as there was no shortage of snow during our stay. We saw a resident Bull Moose lumbering around multiple times and even watched it mill around the edge of the pond while we were in the hot tub! In addition to the Moose we saw Mule deer and a Coyote/Wolf-(not sure which). The frequent wildlife sightings and snow really made the stay unique and memorable for us and the kids! You really can’t get the same experience staying in town. Ashlyn was an incredible host and was quick to respond to any questions we asked. Highly recommend this host and stay. -Dustin-

This was a great place to stay while doing all of the tourist activities nearby! Our group of 5 had plenty of space here to enjoy our time cooking meals and lounging in the backyard with the creek and hot tub. Highly recommend panning for gold out there too!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful mountain home. The house was incredibly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—close to local spots to eat in Empire, and just a short drive to Loveland Ski Area, Georgetown, and Idaho Springs. It was so quiet and serene, and sitting in the hot tub overlooking the creek was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. Linda was very communicative and made the check-in process super easy. Overall, a peaceful mountain retreat with great access to everything you need nearby. Highly recommend!

This place was amazing and exactly as listed. We spent every evening sitting on the patio listening to the creek that was right in the backyard. We ate at several of the restaurants they had recommended in their guest book and they were all so good. Super comfortable bed. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to the area.

This place is such a gem! I absolutely loved the setup, decor, & location. I wish we could have stayed longer. The balcony offers an amazing view of a lake & mountains! It’s definitely a great place to be.

Place is pristine and location is great. The river is beautiful - opening the sliding door and listening to the sound of the river was a highlight. Having a guidebook for how to use everything and local recommendations makes you feel right at home. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay to see a show at the amphitheater. The place was clean and has a great view of the lake and mountains. Plan on there again.

Great location! We aren’t skiers so off-season was perfect. Peaceful, quiet, just a couple of shops open during the”mud season”. Access to plenty of trails!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook and enjoy meals at the condo and the grocery store is close by. The condo was very comfortable, quiet and has a great view of the mountains and pond. Wendi was very helpful and replied to any questions in a timely manner. I would recommend this condo and hope to go back.
