We had a fantastic stay at Five Palms in Clearwater Beach! The condo was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals, and having access to the pool was a great bonus after long days in the sun. The Five Palms team was exceptionally responsive and professional. Their attention to guest satisfaction really stood out. The property is ideally located for exploring Clearwater Beach - close to restaurants, shops, and all the beach activities you could want. We especially loved the peaceful mornings on the balcony and the convenience of having everything we needed within walking distance. We would definitely stay at Five Palms again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Clearwater Beach experience. Thank you for helping make our vacation memorable!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Great place to stay , one of the best things we enjoyed was not having to worry about beach chairs, umbrella and cooler - that was a huge stress relief for us - perfect location - great for families with toddlers also. Would absolutely stay there again - it was also our first time in Clearwater - definitely coming back .

We had a great time! The condo was spacious for my family of 5 and very clean. All the extra towels were appreciated and the pool was a bonus. The beds were comfortable and the master bathroom was amazing. The best part of the condo was the huge balcony and view of the harbor. You can’t beat the view! The condo is in a very busy area and the beach was packed every day which we didn’t love. However, once back at the condo on the balcony, it was so quiet and peaceful and worth every penny!

The location was perfect. The beach was very clean. Had super comfortable beach chairs. BBQ area was great. Living room/dining area combo is very nice and clean. Comfortable sofas and a large dining table. Nice granite kitchen. Matt responded immediately to my questions and gave detailed directions. We would definitely stay again….And the SUNSETS were MAGNIFICENT.

The house was beautiful in a perfect location! The pool in the backyard was wonderful to jump into after a day at the beach. The ocean was the prettiest shade of clear blue/green. We will definitely be returning!

We arrived and were pleasantly surprised with the accommodations at the rental unit. Everything was clean and might I add, very well decorated. Our host Karen provided us with everything we needed to make our trip memorable. We will definitely be back and will be recommending Mai Tai to all of our lives ones.

We had an incredible trip to Clearwater Beach. The Condo was perfectly decorated, and furnished with everything you need for a day at the beach. Cam was quickly to respond to any questions or requests we had. Would highly recommend and looking forward to our next trip down.

My husband and I needed a little staycation after a stressful few months. The little apartment at the beach was perfect. The location was beautiful despite the fact that the area is still recovering from a few hurricanes last year. The host was also very helpful and gave some great recommendations. The only negative thing that I can say is that my stay was too short. I look forward to staying there again.

Sandra was very kind and very responsive. She even set out a bottle of wine for us. The instructions for check out were clear and seamless. We loved the stay and were close to the beach.

The penthouse was even beyond our expectations. It was very modern, well decorated, clean, well equipped for our stay, including things for the beach. The view of the Sea Bay and Marina were spectacular. Would definitely stay here again. Already thinking about a winter trip. Thank you, Mindy for being so accessible.

Wow! Our family came down for a much needed getaway and this condo was the perfect place for it! The beach was peaceful and calm, the condo was well furnished and had everything that we needed. There was activities and restaurants easily accessible. Owners were very responsive. Would definitely come back!

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

This place was wonderful for our family. Since we flew down we were nervous we would not have all the things we usually take to the beach. We were shock at how well the beach supplies were stocked. This might seem trivial to some but I even appreciated the extra mile on toilet paper! Plenty for the week and not one ply! The access to the beach is amazing with a very short two minute walk. The place was very clean. Refrigerator had condiments. So many little added touches. I would stay here again and I highly recommend this host/hostess!

This condo worked great for us. The pool, hot tub and beach were perfect for our 4 grandkids ages 10-14. The locked storage closet with beach chairs, etc. was very convenient. We could also leave our beach supplies there throughout the week which kept the sand to a minimum in our unit. The wagon for hauling things to the beach was so helpful. It was nice to have a keyless entry so we weren't trying to keep up with keys. The view is beyond description. The sunsets were beautiful from our living room and balcony. The beach was not crowded in front of our building. As I walked down the beach in front of condos with many more rooms I appreciated this 4 unit building even more. Daniel was very quick to respond when we had questions. He was there every morning cleaning the pool and straightening the area. We noted how clean the outdoor shower was where you can wash off the sand. It was a perfect week and I hope to return.

This is a beautiful place. The view is magnificent and sunsets are spectacular. Many restaurants within walking distance. This is a quiet place which is much appreciated. No loud parties or wild behavior. Residents are friendly and keep an eye on things. The unit itself is amazing. Lots of lovely touches. Plenty of beach towels and beach/pool toys. Many extras not found elsewhere. Body lotion, extra shampoo, loads of bath towels, well stocked bath and kitchen. Cold drinks in refrigerator. Couldn't find anything to be negative about. Highly recommend although I would prefer to keep this gem to myself.

My Wife and I LOVED the room. Had everything you needed for a day at the beach. I mean chairs, stroller umbrellas, cooler, towels!. All there and having the elevator made it even easier. Other then dragging through the sand. As far as kitchen essentials, had everything you needed and more then you find at some locations. Very well pleased with the new spot for when we travel this way. Hopefully it’s open next time we wanna get away cause it felt just like home. Don’t be scared folks. It’s worth it!

Bryan’s property is beautiful. This was our 2nd stay and everything was just as perfect as the year prior . The kitchen is wonderful for preparing meals , the beds were very comfortable as well as the leather sectional and everything was spotless. We enjoyed the watching the dolphins in the bay and the pool was great. The location was ideal , just a short stroll to the beach and restaurants and shops were within walking distance. This condo is truly lovely!
