Sorry, no children under the age of 12. This large grain bin has been converted into a rustic two story getaway using reclaimed barn wood and many antiques. The 700 square foot main floor includes a full bath, a vintage retro kitchenette (micro wave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, NO OVEN), reclining love seat, a smart tv with WIFI and Direct TV, along with a large dining area with 2 tables. The 500 square foot open loft area includes one full bed and 2 queen beds.

You'll enjoy your getaway in what was previously a horse barn with living quarters. The living quarters have been made into 2 comfortable bedrooms with a spacious living room on the top floor and a full kitchen and full bathroom with laundry on bottom level. Two outdoor areas let you enjoy the views and country living. The owners have furnished the living quarters with antiques and horse memorabilia. We are close to Dordt University within walking distance. Close to the All Seasons Center which has an indoor/outdoor pool and also the indoor hockey rink. The bike trails and local park are within walking distance(we have 2 bikes you can use). Downtown is very close with several coffee shops, a mall, and several restaurants. We live in a quiet neighborhood. We have 2 grocery stores and a Walmart if you happen to forget anything.

Most of the furnishings are comprised of reclaimed lumber from the dismantled car elevator. Historic photos of the building are throughout the common hallways for a trip back in time.
