Unique chalet house in Kings Norton

A very special and unique house which is ideal for single travellers or a couple. Tucked away in a quiet cul de sac with a log burner and floor to ceiling flue, open plan living, big HD smart TV, WiFi, mezzanine bedroom with balcony looking over the lounge, garden extension, waterfall and pond are just some of the extensive renovations I have carried out on the house along with brand new central heating and double glazing. 12-minutes walk from Bewdley town centre and the River Severn, this lovely one-bedroom annexe with private access and free off-road parking is perfect for a relaxing time away. There's an excellent king-sized bed, large en-suite shower room and comfortable lounge. Facilities include WiFi and space to prepare food with microwave, fridge, toaster etc . Also sun terrace and garden. The Wyre Forest and an excellent pub for food are a short walk away and there are also great places to eat in town.

Kinver Edge View Annexe

We started building the granny annexe in 2018 for our parents future home. As they are not at that stage yet we have decided to rent it out for now. There's plenty of space for two, but we have a sofa bed in the lounge, so it can sleep four. There is a wet room with shower downstairs and ensuite with Victoria & Albert freestanding bath upstairs. We are well positioned to explore the area being on the South Staffs, Shropshire and Worcestershire border and of course Kinver Edge.
