Wonderful getaway, I took my daughter and 3 grandchildren for a getaway and we picked the right place and upon arrival there were local cookies, welcome basket and fresh farm eggs in fridge very welcoming touch. From meeting their farm animals, hot tub two times in one evening, family Foosball games, ping pong, cards, board games and snuggling on couch with popcorn from welcome basket to watch movies we had a great time. Our church group recently stayed at The Dugout, and it was the perfect retreat space for our time together. The home was clean, comfortable, and spacious, allowing us to spread out and truly enjoy the fellowship. The kids had a blast with the pool table and Pac-Man machine, adding a fun element to our stay. We visited the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum, and The Dugout was ideally located within a reasonable distance of both, making our travels easy and convenient. More than just a place to stay, it provided an environment where we could reflect, bond, and grow in faith together. If you’re looking for a retreat space that balances comfort with community, this is it! The host was incredibly hospitable, ensuring our experience was smooth and welcoming. We are grateful for this space, where we could rest and recharge while keeping faith at the center of our journey. Highly recommend The Dugout to any group seeking a meaningful and enjoyable stay!

If you’re looking for a natural setting near Cincinnati urban areas, I recommend this house. We stayed here one month and didn’t encounter any issues. Home is located near the Loveland-Miami bike trail, but there are not sidewalks to get to it and the street was busier than we expected. We used only the main level. There are two bedrooms and a full bath downstairs but all are off an unfinished basement space that requires constant operation of a portable dehumidifier. However, it was very convenient to have a washer and dryer in the basement.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! The house was clean, kitchen had a large stock of pans, dishes and utensils. Bathrooms were clean and stocked nicely with towels and toilet paper. B brooms were clean and beds super comfortable! The outdoor space was very nice! We were lucky to have access to the lake, paddle boats and playground as well. A perfectly situated, peaceful home. Communication was quick and extremely friendly! Definitely 5 + Stars! Would stay again, for sure!

Lovely area…everything needed to relax in walking distance or short car ride.

This was the perfect house for a wedding we were attending in Amelia. The river view was wonderful. We enjoyed playing frisbee golf, pool, and the soccer game table, and watching the wildlife in between attending different wedding festivities .The river wasn’t in our favor to swim or kayak due to all the rain. The house provided lots of extra amenities and was beautifully decorated. The host was very responsive with questions. We would definitely stay here again if we need a place in the Cincinnati area :)

Rachael was very flexible let us check in early, helped me to get an extra day as we needed to be in that evening. one minor problem that was corrected the next day as it was too late to get it fixed that night. The place made you feel right at home and everyone was very helpful.

Overall, a great stay! Close to shopping and food, 35 minutes to the city. We were there over Christmas and arrived to a tree in the main living space, this was an added surprise. Nice space for a large family. We usually travel with a baby gate but did not this time. There is a staircase in the main living area that needed to be blocked off. Definitely plan to stay again.

My family of 4 and my sisters family of 2 stayed here for a weekend to attend my father's funeral. We wanted something clean and affordable and this house fulfilled those needs perfectly. House is in a quiet neighborhood and was equipped with everything we needed. Remote control for ROKU tv didn't work but I was able to download roku app to my phone to use as a remote control.

Eclectic and cozy 2nd floor walk up in OTR. Great location - close to restaurants, bars, and easy walk to Findlay Market, breweries, and more.

This place is so cute—everything as described, super clean and adorable decor! Easy check in/out process. Wonderful communication from the host! We’d definitely stay again when we’re back in the area!

Tyler's place was just as described. The furnishings were comfortable, the deck and pool were great places to chill, and the fenced back yard was perfect for us as a old couple traveling with a young dog. (Our dog REALLY enjoyed the freedom to wander and run in the back yard.) Neighborhood is peaceful and a very short drive to some restaurants and stores in Independence.

Great place to stay in Cincinnati. It was a super easy walk to the nightlife in Over the Rhine. Very nice building and amenities. The free secured and assigned parking was a HUGE perk after finding out how much my friends had to pay for parking a couple blocks away at a hotel and public garage. Spots are large enough for pickups and SUVs.

Odd layout (if you rent 114 Min Street Cabin - 2 cabins combined), but very nice, clean, and quaint.

The Flash Lodge is great place for family get away. The house is nice with plenty of room, a full kitchen and available laundry. There is a great large deck and fire pit. The fishing pond is steps from the back door and canoes are available for use on the large lake. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. Pamela is great to work with and was always responsive and accommodating. I cannot recommend this location enough.

This host was great to work with. We will be coming to OH a few times a year to visit family and could see ourselves staying here again.
