This home was designed and built by an OU faculty member who was a fine art furniture builder. The home features the original owners hand crafted solid wood cabinetry throughout and is full of authentic mid century fixtures that have aged well but, please note, are not in like new condition. Great place for family and friends to get away for the weekend or enjoy events on the OU campus. GREAT game day house. It is a quiet neighborhood so loud parties are not allowed. Recently updated kitchen appliances. New flooring and new carpeting in bedrooms. We keep updating as we go!

It's a perfect place to stay for an OU game or if you want to drive 20 miles north, you can watch an OKC Thunder game. Walk down the street to grab dinner at The Library Bar & Grill, lunch at Midway Deli, or relax on the north oval!
