We have a large back yard that is great for family to hang out by fire-pit and enjoy their time away from home. There is large outdoor tv with adirondack chairs and picnic tables for relaxing. This private apartment is on a homestead with 5 beautiful acres, secluded from the busyness of the city, while only being about a half hour from downtown Cincinnati, 12 minutes from the Creation Museum, 45 minutes from the Ark Encounter, 10 minutes from Amazon, and 15 minutes from CVG Airport. The apartment shares a wall with our house, but is completely separate with its own entrance, living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. However, you may occasionally hear our children.
