This spacious interior is equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. We are located 2 miles from the World Equestrian Center, 3 miles from Lake Cowan, 2.3 miles from Majestic Springs Golf Course, 6.5 miles from Wilmington Air Park, and 7 miles from Robert's Center. This house has a new HVAC system.

Have you ever wanted to stay in a "Real Farmhouse"? Now is your chance! This home was part of an original farmstead built in 1916. We have completely restored & updated it. But, we have kept the beautiful woodwork original and have furnished it the way a Farmhouse would have been, back in the day. We are conveniently located 5.3 miles from WEC, and there is plenty of parking. This property consists of 4 beautiful, park-like acres. Roast some hotdogs at the firepit, just kick back and relax!

It includes a newly built 29 x 24 Hemlock sided closed pavilion with outside entities. Includes a park like charcoal grill, a gas grill , horseshoes court and corn hole boards. Great for outside gatherings and animal friendly inside and outside, including horse trailer parking and moving vans .

Situated on a small horse farm with beautiful pastures and lots of horses to look at. You will have complete privacy. Take a walk down the quiet road, or sit on the front porch and just enjoy. We are centrally located between Dayton, Cincinnati and Columbus. The cottage is completely remodeled with new kitchen & furniture. Come and enjoy the cozy comforts of home!

This is a centrally located unit right down town near all the entertainment and dining. only 3 miles to WEC, or 15 to the Renaissance Festival. This unit can be handicap friendly upon request there is an addition entrance off the bedroom that has a single step and lower threshold and we can provide a portable handicap ramp and shower stool. There is an on site laundry room that has 2 sets of washer and dryers that guests of the building have complementary access to during their stay.

Just two blocks from downtown and a 10 plus mile paved walking/bicycle path in back yard. Few minutes drive to World Equestrian and located within a hour drive to several major cities.

Also 4 miles from WEC (World Equestrian Center) and 8 miles from Robert's Center for those showing or attending any events. Pet friendly, 2 dog limit & well behaved in house.
