Another bedroom can be separated from the main room with a sliding door. Here there is a folding bed for 2 people, fitted wardrobes, a sofa and a TV and direct access to the terrace. New in 2025: high speed internet! Very quiet 1st floor apartment just outside the busy market town of Cloppenburg and close to nature reserve and lake Thuelsfelder Talsperre. The large flat has been newly built in 2021 and offers views across the fields and meadows. Inside, all the modern comforts and a cosy queensize boxspring bed are waiting for you. Ideal for nature lovers! It is not unusual to see wildlife on the lawn in the morning. The house is surrounded by old oak trees and a garden.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und TV, Küche und Duschbad ist auch einzeln buchbar. Bitte beachten, dass das zweite Schlafzimmer nur durch das Hauptschlafzimmer zu erreichen ist. Dieses ist dann also ein DURCHGANGSZIMMER! Unsere Unterkunft liegt im Dorf. Ländlich und (meistens) ruhig. Die direkte Umgebung bietet sich für Fahrradtouren und Spaziergänge im Wald an. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Basics wie Lebensmittel gibt es in ~ 4 km Entfernung. Zur Kreisstadt Diepholz sind es ~ 10 km.
