Charming blacksmith barn in Welsh border village

LizzieRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
The Fforge is the most beautiful barn conversion we’ve ever stayed in! It is such a relaxing, cosy and calming place to be. The interior design is perfect. The shower is amazing. So nice to use the log burner on a rainy/cold evening! The hill right behind has 360 degree views over the surrounding countryside. We also walked to the tennis court in the village and played there one morning. We went to the Hay festival in Hay on Wye which is nearby and one of the great towns to visit in the area. Would love to come back one day! Thanks so much

Cosy Studio near Bishops Castle

We really enjoyed our stay, Phoebe was absolutely lovely and went out of her way to be helpful and friendly. Very relaxed and easy going, beautiful surroundings - were even lucky enough to lie in bed watching through the door/window a field full of foals playing, magical! The bed was super comfy, great pillows and nice bedding and towels too. Excellent shower and everything was really clean throughout. Would highly recommend! Definitely a five star stay - thanks Phoebe!

Luxury Cottage in peaceful Shropshire location

Had a wonderful weekend stay! The cottage was beautiful and really well furnished. Louise was very helpful and managed to fix the boiler as we had an issue with the hot water. Really enjoyed the hot tub and were able to have a great time. Would really highly recommend this place to others

The Dippy - a former sheep dip barn

JonRating, 5 stars4 days ago
I highly recommend staying here, me and my partner would definitely come back. The garden is huge, safe and secure, which is great for a little one to run around. The scenery is stunning and I wish we'd stayed longer in hindsight. It was the perfect weekend break from our busy lives. Thank you to Beth and Beej, they were brilliant hosts.

Rural Welsh Cabin with Spectacular Views

BethRating, 5 stars1 week ago
What a stunning place to stay, so peaceful with beautiful views. The trip could be a busy or as relaxing as you’d like as there were lots of things to do nearby. We chose to stay and relax in the hot tub and use the fire pit! Spotlessly clean with lovely extras like marshmallows and Welsh cakes! Nearby town had lots of lovely pubs as well! Caroline was very attentive and kind when we needed her, but also was the perfect host and left us to it during our stay so it felt private and peaceful! 100% recommend!

The Shippen - Open-plan, high-spec, stunning views

DavidRating, 5 stars1 month ago
From the moment we arrived we knew we had made the right choice. The location and view is fantastic, we felt so at peace. Internally the property is well equipped and of the highest standard and very clean throughout. The deck in the evening, glass of wine and just listening to the birdsong, so very peaceful. Lots of electric outlets so no need for extension leads and a dimmable lighting system thats like a 70s disco until you get the hang of it 😄. I cannor fault Jeannie, or the property, well worth the cost. Such a lovely place. Thank you Jeannie for making our 20th wedding anniversary one to remember. David and Julie.
