This is a large 2 story home with plenty of room for the entire family. The house accommodates up to 12 people max. no exceptions (including kids). The pool area creates a sense of a private resort living. There is room for everyone! It is located in Jayuya, about 2 hours from San Juan airport, and 1 hour from Ponce airport. It is centrally located next to a school, and within walking distance from bars, restaurants, and a market. This is a small town with a lot of charm.

You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. The room is located bottom level of the building with spectacular views of the river and mountains. Quiet area with just the sounds of nature. The rooms are new and we are still working on the other rooms but no construction at this time. Food is in the area, with the Tres Picacho coffee plantation where you can have breakfast and stroll the grounds. Visit the only Hotair balloon on the island and many historic areas.

Posada Doña Angela

Orlando and Janet were amazing hosts, truly one of the best. He reached out to make sure we wouldn’t get lost, upon arrival he greeted us with some goodies to show a bit of the local culture. The apartment was very clean and Orlando provided us with lots of information about what to do in the town. The balcony was my favorite, make sure to catch the sunrise it’s gorgeous. Thanks to Orlando and Janet for their wonderful hospitality. Tremendo estancia con Orlando y Janet que los recibieron con brazos abiertos. El espacio es muy lindo y my parte favorita fue el balcón. Te vas a sentir muy en paz y asegúrate de ver el amanecer que es una maravilla. Gracias por todos los típs, regalitos y buenas vibras Orlando y Janet. Aprendí mucho sobra la cultura y sobre Jayuya! Tendremos que regresar.

This Airbnb is closed to Jayuya downtown, restaurants, bars and other places to visit. It has a nice view to the mountains and at night the sound of the nature is beautiful.

Coffee Farm Nature Retreat at Hacienda Prosperidad

Don’t hesitate, just book this coffee farm. It is gorgeous, comfortable, and unique—one of my favorite airbnbs I’ve stayed at, and I’ve stayed at many. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and the view from the back porch!! We spent lots of time just sitting out there, on the chairs or in the hot tub, drinking wine or coffee and enjoying the view and the birdsong. It was so cool to sit there drinking coffee that was grown right on site. If you’re into it, don’t forget your binoculars! We had fun spotting white egrets and Puerto Rican lizard cuckoos. It was great to have a contained outdoor spot where the kids could play, and the hosts even have a basket with some toys. It was also so cool getting to walk around the coffee farm a bit and explore. All this, and the hosts are very friendly and always responsive. If we come back to Jayuya someday this will be our first choice of place to stay!
