This room is a good value. It is close enough to Indianapolis yet peaceful, clean, quiet, and private. We are: 7.1 miles (10 minutes) from Indianapolis international airport. 18 miles (26 minutes) from downtown Indianapolis, 17miles (20 min drive) from Indianapolis convention center and Lucas stadium. 35 miles (52 minutes) from Indiana University in Bloomington. ~3 miles from I-70. Aleksandra really could not have been a more WONDERFUL hostess! Our daughter was graduating from DePauw, and we arrived to a BEAUTIFUL gold and black balloon arch with some fun shaped balloons around it. The house was beautiful as usual and was the perfect place to spend graduation weekend! We had plenty of room for our family! We arrived to a wonderful gift basket with snacks and wine which was amazing as we were really hungry and tried from our flight. We bought steaks at Myers (some of the best that I have had!) and cooked them on the grill in the back yard. We had a wonderful time hanging in the backyard and catching up with family. We were steps away from all of the grad activities. We appreciated the water and sodas and the incredibly comfortable beds. We were able to check out late so we could pack the car after graduation. The whole experience was A++. Aleksandra gets a 4.0 - Suma Cum Laude Hostess. Thank you!!!

It was great for accommodating our family for a wedding. We enjoyed the children being able to run around outside in the big yard. It was also nice having three bathrooms to get ready and in. The beds were comfortable.
