MONT CHALET in the 1st Dark Sky Reserve 🌠

This cottage WITHOUT electricity, offers you the desired comfort by being totally independent. Wood heating, refrigerator, stove and hot water are functional with propane gas and lights thanks to 12 volt batteries. Skiing, snowshoeing and walking are possible on this 270-acre land. In addition, if you feel like it, you will find the city of Magog 15 kilometers away and Eastman 7 kilometers from the house.

Beautiful roads and pretty villages nearby (Ayer's Cliff, North Hatley, Magog, Lake Massawippi, Coaticook...). Very nice bike path in the area.
