Ignacio's cabin is incredibly beautiful and very comfortable to get away for a week out of town! Ignacio was very attentive to our needs and knows the Puelo very well for any type of recommendation! Highly recommended, I will come back!

The place is in a belle forest, no phone connection or wifi. It's a luxury. It has a large jet and is a great retreat to escape. Also Nino is a friendly host!

Juan Ignacio was very friendly and always very well prepared to solve any questions and give good advice about natural attractions. The environment is silent what is appreciated to rest, car is required to arrive, although there is a collective stop right in the access to the house, so they could find out schedules and even go without a car. I highly recommend the casita, very nice!

Excellent cabin in the middle of wild and extraordinary vegetation. A few meters from Lake Chapo of extreme beauty next to the Calbuco volcano. The cabin comes with everything you need for short stays. Comfortable and warm.

The cabin is very nice. It was just what I needed. Close to Puelo and a short distance to go to Llamada Grande. Perfect location, quiet, clean, warm.

The place is as it appears in the photos, everything in the house is of good quality and functional. A warm and perfect place to rest and enjoy the landscape. Cristóbal is very attentive and kind.

An excellent place, very comfortable, clean and warm, very good service. There are nearby and beautiful places to pass the dogs and walk.

Place 100% to go to disconnect, comfortable facilities, bed 10/10 living room 10/10 kitchen and all for kitchen 10/10 Only one issue that was Tinaja, we went there running the irrigation that did not work, it was managed to work but it lasts no more than 2 hours. The rest was 100% recommended. We went with our dog without any inconvenience.

Very good place to stay. The good comments are very accurate. The setting is beautiful and the cabin is very clean. Minutes from panoramas such as the hot springs and the river.

The pictures don’t do this place justice. It has gorgeous views of 3 volcanos you can enjoy from the deck. The house is clean and modern. The beds are very comfortable. We loved the close location to Ensenada with the national park and volcano only 15 min away by car. We had coffee on the deck every morning and were truly in awe of the views. Andrea and Diego were great communicators and kind hosts. We hope to be back!

Puelo is a beautiful place, which we would not have been able to enjoy without the comforts that Andrea's house lent us. The amount of meadow, trees, how comfortable the house, all that added to the attentions and how affectionate the hostess was gave us an unforgettable experience. Puelo, Cochamó : its thermal baths, rivers, viewpoints, trekking and the warmth of its people no doubt that make it a place that wants to return soon😊😉.

Meets the needs for a group of 4. Jaime guided us for our arrival, which was very helpful, answered our questions quickly and cordially, and suggested beautiful nearby places. The cabin has a forest that pleasantly tempers the home. We would only improve the pillows on the beds, the rest was excellent! It's a safe area and the road to get there is in very good condition. 100% recommended.

Wonderful! We felt great in the cabin, it was the ideal retreat for the only rainy days that touched us on our trip. The cabin is beautiful and comfortable, very well equipped and with beautiful views. We were received by Tani and Patricio, with great kindness and sympathy, we felt welcomed with great affection, also came to greet a playful dog that made our stay even more special. The cabin is perfect for two, the inside space just works, well equipped with everything you need, including cotton bed linen, plenty of kitchen equipment Had the weather been better the outside space, porch and bbq, would have been great too. A little haven in the woods. We were lucky that Elba meet us on arrival and showed us round, well her partner did a lot too. Like others, we loved the dogs. Great company!! The nearest bar/eatery is walkable making a good alternative to cooking.

The cabin was very clean and tidy, they had the combustion switched on so it was tempered when we arrived, they are details that are appreciated. I would definitely stay here again 😁

Beautiful small cosy cottage, with stove, and great views on the osorno volcano. Small note: Hot tub is not on private terrace, is additional cost and needs to be reserved a day before. Other than that, had a great stay!
