Nice apartment with beautiful decor. Fully equipped for 4 people. First line, free, spectacular and unbeatable view of Valparaíso, it is a 15-minute walk from Cochoa beach (you have to go down a staircase). It is just a short walk from Supermercado Lider and Jumbo. Includes 1 private underground parking space. Excellent connectivity and public transportation one block away. APARTMENT ONLY LISTED ON AIRBNB No social media or other platforms.

The building has an entrance at the top, which is the vehicle entrance (that's where you should enter with your car). Enter “Euromarina building, Calle Lapislázuli, no number” in Waze or Google Maps, and it will take you directly to the parking lot (Lot 86, which is in Building 2 (m2)). And the other entrance is the pedestrian entrance (which is in front of the beach and is accessed via funiculars (direction Av. Borgoño 17.310)).

You'll love my apartment (100% ELECTRIC). It's new and has modern, comfortable, and fully-equipped decor, so you can feel at home (Internet, WiFi, Netflix, cable TV). It's close to major tourist attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The building has an outdoor pool, gym, and laundry center. We have parking. Public transportation is at the door, with destinations to Concón, downtown Viña del Mar, and Valparaíso.
