Condo holiday rentals in Coclé Province

We really enjoyed our stay at Adriana’s condo. We were there for seven weeks and communication was always great with Adriana and her condo manager Martha. Any concerns we had were responded to immediately. The kitchen was very well stocked with spices, salt, pepper, oil, sugar and even coffee/tea. Lots of utensils, pots and pans and dishes. The only thing in the kitchen was no hot water. Apparently there was a problem with the hot water and leaks in the kitchen. I just ended up boiling water for the dishes so not a huge inconvenience but hope it can be fixed in the future. There was hot water in the showers and sinks though in the bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable. The whole area is very safe and there is 24/7 security. Our favourite area was the outdoor balcony. We sat there most evenings and enjoyed the breeze. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay and Adriana was very friendly and helpful with anything that came up.

Excellent depa, very well equipped, spacious and clean. The view is amazing and has very good common amenities. It has two bedrooms, comfortably fits four people or a fifth on the sofa. David was very friendly and it was easy to get there and check in. Thank you!

The apartment is very nice and comfortable. The kitchen is super well equipped with quality elements and all the appliances that one may require. The place offers a variety of options to enjoy the beach and play sports.

The truth is, it's a great place to enjoy the beach, pool and walks. A relaxing place to rest and share with the whole family. The apartment was spacious, cozy and complete. It had all the amenities. Everything worked perfectly, very clean. The only thing missing would be as a suggestion, another pan for the kitchen and to indicate that guests should bring filters for the coffee maker and be able to enjoy a cup of hot coffee in the morning. Hosts Octavio and Jacqueline were always attentive and responded quickly to the questions we had. Clear and precise instructions on how to access the community. All in all, it was an excellent experience and I would repeat it again.

A very nice apartment, comfortable, very well-located. Everything very well equipped, including towels, products and utensils that one would not necessarily expect to find, but facilitate the stay. Everything impeccable, zero complaints.

Everything is very nice, cozy and impeccable and with a very good location, the truth of the white beach we really liked it, I recommend it!

A spectacular view of the beach, pool and pool bar and restaurant open on weekends. Kitchen with everything you'll need. A place full of peace and quiet just to recharge energy. Great spot for a short or long stay. The layout is very roomy and affords plenty of room for a very comfortable stay. The pool is well maintained and uncrowded and the buildings are very clean as well. Centrally located if you want to use it as a base camp to explore other regions in Panama. Communication with Marcia was easy and quick.

Very well equipped suite with everything you need to have a good time. You can cook in it or go out to eat at some of the restaurant options nearby. You have cafes, heladerias, a mini market and restaurant nearby. You have good common area such as swimming pool with slides, children's park and silver within a 5-minute walk. Angelica is super attentive.

Very nice location even if some places and sidewalks require repairs. Franklin has always met our needs whatever they may be. He was helpful and cooperative.

It is a super comfortable apartment, complete, with everything you need to have a great time on the beach, the apartment is super spacious when it says full equipped is full full equipped has everything, even washing machine and dryer. The great building pool, super-rich slide pool, sell delicious and inexpensive drinks. The splendid beach has ranchitos and beach camitas. Mr. Franklin is helpful at all times. There is a Super 99 Super nearby. The beach and pool with slides is nearby but it can take up to 15 minutes walking. Depending on the rhythm you take. We were always by car, there is parking in the large pool area with slides and you also get parking in the beach area. 100% recommended

Recommended to rent, Tommy and Ana have everything in the apartment and are very detailed in the time to pass the information for the stay. The apartment is very comfortable, I will definitely be back. Thank you both

Gordy was a great host, pretty attentive to our needs. This is a great place to stay with friends and family! Very closed to restaurants and supermarkets, you will find everything that you need.
