House holiday rentals in Cocoa

Cocoa Cabana was by FAR the best place we have ever stayed. The house is beautifully furnished, the neighborhood was peaceful, and there is nothing that you could want that was not already there. We thoroughly enjoyed it and felt right at home. Then there is the amazing backyard. The pool, cabana, grill and eating space were definitely the hit of our stay. Marcia's place is absolutely wonderful. We had an amazing time at this house and will definitely be back!

The house is great. This is a great time and I would suggest a lot of my friends to come to this house because it has a pool, a hot tub and everything that you need to have fun and have a good time. And the host Jennifer is very well at communicating and she knows how to text back quickly. I will be suggesting this house to others.

Chelsi and Marc were perfect hosts - very responsive and helpful. The house is immaculate and very well equipped and the pool area is amazing. It was my daughter’s birthday whilst we were at the property and they had even arranged flowers for her which she loved. One of the best properties we have stayed in! Definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Cocoa Beach.

Tim’s house was absolutely amazing so big and spacious and he had it set up so nicely for us was easy to get a hold of or any questions. I can’t thank him enough for being such a gracious host. If I could give six stars, I would.

Beautiful home. It was exactly as described. We loved all of the games and activities at the house. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals. The pool area was wonderful with plenty of seating areas. There are a number of great restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

We had a great stay! There were instructions all around on how to work things, where lights were, etc. we really enjoyed the pool/hot tub! very good stay!

This home is a dream. The proximity to the beach is superb, but once you step into the backyard and your private oasis, you'll be tempted to stay there. The house is beautifully decorated with every detail you can imagine. The beds were comfortable, with plenty of pillows provided. The kitchen is spacious and the layout of the house with two living rooms allows your party to do their own thing when they want to. The backyard was the highlight for us. The landscaping provides pure seclusion. During the day we relaxed in the pool loungers and every evening we would relax in the spa and then dry off under the patio lights by the table fire pit. We did not need to bring over half of what we did because so many amenities and beach items are provided. I can't think of one negative thing to say except we didn't stay long enough!

We were happy staying and are planning to book again. Everything was clean and comfortable inside the house and no more than 10 minutes from anything we needed. The backyard was well maintained and so nice to have with our dogs, who were comfortable as well.

We had a wonderful stay at Susan’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Susan was a fantastic host—communicative, thoughtful, and easy to reach whenever we had a question. Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful space with us during our stay in Florida! The home was absolutely lovely—beautifully decorated, clean, and it smelled amazing (I even had to take a picture of whatever scent you used so I can get some for my own place!). The “In Case You Forgot” box was such a thoughtful touch and actually came in handy, which we really appreciated. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, stylish, and welcoming place to stay!

The house was exactly as advertised, and our kiddo had a blast with the air hockey table and all of the other games. The bathrooms were clean and the bathtub was great to relax in. Lianne reached out and made some local recommendations which were fitting, but unfortunately we didn't have time to check them out. I definitely recommend this stay, and host for anyone visiting the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed every morning and night spent by the pool. We watched movies on the patio, which was so relaxing and peaceful in the evenings. Additionally, we were fortunate enough to hear two rocket launches during our stay. Thank you so much for hosting us! We will definitely rent again!

Great location, close to the beach and to Kennedy space center. It’s in a gated neighborhood, so very safe. Joel the host was very responsive and helpful. The dart board and pool table were a great evening time activity Overall we really liked it! We definitely recommend it!

We stayed at Trisha’s place for 9 days. We were in town for our son’s college graduation. There was plenty of room for all 4 adults and one child traveling together. The location is one block away from Cocoa Village with no major streets to cross. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and shops at Cocoa Village. We really liked Cryderman’s BBQ, and Cajun Soul which are both just a block away. A short drive away is a favorite restaurant, Dolphins, you can watch the dolphins in the water while having dinner. Highly recommend their Key Lime Pie! The bathrooms are nice and clean, very large and have some amenities already stocked. We felt safe the whole time. The house is just as pictured. We kept saying we felt like we moved from our home right into here as it didn’t feel like a rental to us. We would definitely stay here again and again and again…..

Had a great stay at this air bnb. Communication was clear and checking in was easy. I particularly enjoyed how close the house was to the beach. The hosts even provided beach chairs and other beach equipment for our use. Thank you for a great stay!

Our stay was great! we came to florida for a small family reunion to see our niece graduate high school. The kitchen is beautiful, very open and lots of seating options. The pool was great! perfect temp and very relaxing. We had a group of 6 and all fit very comfortably. The master bath was incredible, absolutely stunning!! Definitely recommend this place for a small group/ a small family.

I can only say good things about Levi’s place! The house was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We were 6 people (3 adults, 3 children) and we never run out of towels! The house was very confortable and the outside was amazing! The beach is a short drive from the house and the hosts provided all the equipment to make it even more enjoyable! I looked at several other places before choosing this one, and I can 100% recommend this house to other guests.

We loved staying here. The house is very clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and just relaxing after a few days at Disney. Sarah and Jack were very responsive and attentive to our questions and concerns. We highly recommend.
