Casa do Cascão is the result of an old dream and a life project started 5 years ago. Initially a house in ruin, gradually and with a lot of effort, it was gaining form respecting its essence and taking advantage of all existing materials. Thus arose a comfortable mountain house, suitable to the current requirements, but taking into account the experiences and the typical way of life of a mountain village, where the evening is spent around the winter fireplace or on the balcony during the summer.
