“Awesome location! Nice AC, big TV, the kitchen has everything you need to get by. Great host, easy check in/out. Everything worked, house was clean. Great coffee downstairs at Cafe Tam Tam. Theres a good sized supermarket very close (La Sirena) equivalent to a small Walmart. Highly recommended, A+”
When you wake up you can enjoy a beautiful MOUNTAIN and OCEAN view and sipping your morning coffee, comfortable apartment, 2 bedroom with comfortable King and Queen bed, place to organize your clothes, television, kitchen, wifi and lovely hosts ready to guide you all the time.
“Juan's place was amazing, the pool area was exactly like the pictures. The common area (pool) was great for meeting people from different parts of the world including locals as well. We could cook, listen to music use pool and just have a great time by ourselves or with other guests. Juan's place is very secure, there are gates on both the front and back of home I always felt safe. Our unit was on the second level with a beautiful view of the mountains and pool area, the beds were very comfortable and rooms were very spacious. Our kitchen was great we had filtered water so we never had to buy bottled water, any small appliances we needed and didn't have Juan was quick to get it for us. The groceries stores weren't that far away, you could walk to one of them but if you prefer to taxi the cost is only 5 dollars and Juan had list of taxis posted on wall to help out. The living are was amazing, huge sectional sofa with projector TV. The unit had wifi everywhere and you could watch Netflix on all three TVs, living area, master bedroom and second bedroom. Wendy was are go to guy, he takes care of property and anything guests need he was great. This home was amazing and I can't wait to return, I recommend Juan's place to anyone who wants to enjoy a great vacation.”
Beautiful and comfortable Suite/Studio with independent entrance and own bathroom, water 24 hours, shower heater. 40" TV with Netflix, comfortable King Size bed with 4 pillows, white sheets and bedspread, 2 bedside tables with lamps, sofa, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, utensils, iron, hair dryer and more. “This is a great little studio with brilliant air con, a spotlessly clean and modern bathroom and good old fashioned security with a big padlock. The wifi is great, Netflix works, all the things you want are there and the price is right. It's close to everything and although it doesn't look like a palace from the outside, inside is really good! I'll see you again!”
