the house is beautiful, cozy and quiet. perfect for rest. the neighborhood is residential, without many shops and restaurants nearby. the marga is a polite and discreet host. it was a pleasure to share the space with her, since it is an independent accommodation but within the same house. Communication with nat was always very friendly and fast. The certainty of a great stay for those looking for tranquility! the bed is the shower worth mentioning because they are sensational!

we agreed with Romi to do the check-in. All the rules are very clear. The spectacular apartment for a five-day visit. We went as a couple. with everything to cook or buy and heat, however you want. a super quiet neighborhood with everything you need at your fingertips. Romi will be happy to help you with anything you need. Given the time of our flight, we made a more flexible check-out. Thank you very much Romi for hosting us!

Very cozy and compact apartment, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the location is great. We felt right at home here! The apartment is very bright and full of natural light. It was a little noisy at times because of the school in the yard, but that was just a minor inconvenience. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

The property was exactly like advertised. It has a beautiful view of the playground/dog park. Very close to the subway and buses. I recommend it for others.

Simply spectacular!!! Maria Laura is a genius! From the first moment she was super attentive to any query, in anything we needed she gave much more than 100%, the check-in and check-out had a flexibility that I will always be grateful, in terms of the apartment, just beautiful, it has everything you need, clean, with a beautiful terrace, we did not need anything, the location is unbeatable, you have the sub two blocks, and you can move around the city with ease, my expectations were already high and still managed to overcome them by a lot. I definitely recommend it, you don't have to look any further, when I return to the city this is definitely my first and only option, Thank you Maria! You're the best!

My stay was a week and it was excellent, the accommodation is beautiful, clean and well decorated, just like the description of the photos and the publication, it is a new and quite quiet building. The apartment is not new, but very cozy and clean. The kitchen has everything you need, which was pleasant - there is oil and balsamic vinegar, a lot of dishes. Absolutely clean linen, children's books and a baby cot. Windows overlook the yard, so the apartment is quite quiet. Carolina is a nice woman, it's easy to communicate with her

The place was perfect, comfy, walking distance from restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, etc, Luciano has been Super helpful from the begining to the end and also very kind. Gabriel is a very busy host with the reception. Before arriving, I send suggestions for places, restaurants, breweries and places. He leaves us very relaxed, the reception is spectacular. He is very careful, his apartment is organized, he explains how everything works. And he's always ready to answer questions and anything you need. In short, we were very comfortable and safe. Everything was impeccable.

Host communicated really well. Location is definitely the highlight of this Airbnb. Unfortunately the shower pressure changes constantly which could be bothersome but other than that everything was great!

We really enjoyed our stay at Cecilia’s. Check in was smooth and there are many cafes and restaurants in the area. Daniel was very helpful when we had issues with the washer. The area is a bit small for two people traveling with a lot of stuff but it was very clean and had everything needed.

Excellent stay. We stayed 5 days, the location is sensational, Palermo is a very beautiful neighborhood and with many nice places, the apartment is close to the subway for those who want the convenience, the bed is huge and great for sleeping, and the host attended us super well. Our stay was great.

The building is located a few blocks from Corrientes Street and 9 de Julio Avenue. The highlight of this apartment is the breathtaking view of all of Buenos Aires from the 18th floor. It allows you to appreciate the sunrise and sunset. The entrance staff are respectful. Hosts are very responsive and friendly. The kitchen, bathroom, hot water, heating, and TV worked perfectly. I highly recommend staying in this apartment. I'd come back.
