Holiday rentals with beach access in Cogolin

Wir hatten eine wunderbare und erholsame Woche in Camillas Wohnung. Von dem kleinen Balkon samt Aussicht auf Wasser, Boote, Restaurant und Berge konnte man nicht genug bekommen. Die Sonne scheint ab dem späten Mittag auf den Balkon, sodass man bis zum Sonnenuntergang Sonne hat. Die Wohnung war ruhig und wir konnten gut schlafen. Alles Wichtige ist vorhanden und der Strand nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Super war zudem die gratis Parkkarte für den nahegelegenen Parkplatz. Wir würden die Unterkunft immer wieder buchen :-)

Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment dans ce logement. Tout était conforme à la description : propre, bien équipé et très confortable. L’emplacement est idéal, proche de tout ce dont on avait besoin. L’hôte a été très réactif et attentionné, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et n’hésiterons pas à revenir !

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Das Wohn-Esszimmer ist schick, das Bett bequem, die Küche perfekt ausgestattet und das Bad super! Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ein weiteres Higlight ist der schöne Balkon mit duftenden Orangensträuchern. Der Check-In erfolgt über eine Schlüsselbox, sodass man zeitlich unabhängig ist. Die sehr ruhige Lage im Dorf war für uns perfekt. Nach wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man das Zentrum mit mehreren schönen Restaurants und Geschäften. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt gerne wiederkommen!

Nous avons passé un séjour tout simplement inoubliable dans cet appartement situé à deux pas du centre de Sainte-Maxime. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduits par le design élégant et raffiné de l’espace : chaque détail a été pensé avec soin, alliant confort moderne et ambiance chaleureuse. L’appartement est parfaitement équipé : literie de qualité, cuisine ultra fonctionnelle, climatisation, rangements astucieux… Tout y est pour se sentir immédiatement chez soi. La distribution des espaces est idéale, que ce soit pour une famille ou un couple, chacun y trouve son intimité tout en profitant d’une grande convivialité. Mais ce qui fait vraiment la différence, ce sont les propriétaires. Leur hospitalité est exceptionnelle. Ils ont pensé à tout : une documentation claire et complète avec les meilleurs conseils pour les restaurants locaux, les plages, les marchés typiques, et même des idées d’activités. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter et le recommandons les yeux fermés !

Super séjour dans ce petit studio! Le logement est parfaitement bien situé, avec le port à seulement 5min à pied, le centre ville également . Merci Éric pour votre accueil et gentillesse !

Bellissimo appartamento pulito,posizione ottima

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in dem Haus. Es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage war ebenfalls sehr gut. Man kann ohne Probleme zum Strand und nach Port Grimaud laufen. Auch der Pool und die Außenanlage ist sehr schön. Allerdings für kleine Kinder weniger gut geeignet, da der Kunstrasen sehr heiß wird. Der Kontakt zu Rodolphe und seinem Team verlief reibungslos. Sie waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Haus weiter empfehlen und würden gerne jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

We have stayed in many different properties in France and this by far is our favourite and by far the most beautifully refurbished. The communication from Elodie and Kevin was fantastic and helpful . Check in was easy . The property was amazing . So Clean , so well equipped and so tasteful. We loved everything about it . Elodie and Kevin have thought about everything . I cannot recommend this property highly enough . My only concern about recommending it is that when I want to come back it will be fully booked . Thank you so much Kevin & Elodie we will be back . Stephane's home is perfectly updated for modern comfort and was super clean! Parking was easy and the location is perfect for exploring Ramatuelle and St Tropez. The private patio was great to have breakfast or relax with wine. Stephane was super helpful with any questions. I would love to stay again soon!

Un studio très agréable, fonctionnel et propre ! La vue sur la mer est superbe! La piscine est un réel plus ! Cadre très apaisant et paisible! Cela fait beaucoup de bien ! Je recommande ! Eine ganz tolle Wohnung mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer! Super Lage, direkt am Strand, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank an die lieben Cédrine und Philippe für den super netten Empfang und für die ganzen Empfehlungen.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our 2 weeks in Gigaro. Thibault is a great host. Very friendly and responsive. The apartment matches the description and is great for 2 persons. The outdoor space is a highlight. All this just 500m from the beach, a grocery store and some pretty good restaurants.

Severine et Patrice nous ont très bien accueillis et l’appartement est parfait pour un week-end dans le golfe de saint tropez. Terrasse magnifique et intérieur irréprochable. Nous y retournerons sans hésitez !

Ich war mit einer Freundin für 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Perfekt für unseren Kurztrip. Super Lage mitten im Leben aber trotzdem nicht zu laut da die Wohnung im 2. Stock ist. Die Kommunikation mit Florence war super. Die Wohnung war sauber, sah aus wie beschrieben und war absolut sauber. Dank der sehr guten Klimaanlage herrschte immer eine angenehme Temperatur. Wir kommen gerne wieder und ich kann die Wohnung absolut weiterempfehlen 🤩🤩

A very spacious living room and bedroom with a neat well designed kitchen. A pleasant fairly large terrace, with a view of the sea (through some railings) , harbour and hills. A pleasant interesting walk into the old harbour in 20 minutes, with interesting views of the boats, or streets of boutique shops. In the apartment everything necessary from bin bags to dishwasher tablets was provided. The gardens were clean and private, reducing the noise from the busy road. The shared pool was spotless and quite large for a residence. There were a couple of small but well stocked supermarkets within 10 minutes walk. Our host, Stephan, was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay there again if going to St Tropez
