FINCA ESCALANTE is a duplex house where we try to merge the beauty of its façade and romantic-style colors with a modern and functional interior. The ground floor is occupied by the garage for two cars. The 1st floor of 90m2, is made up of a large and comfortable kitchen open to the dining room and living room overlooking the property and a bedroom with a bathroom. The 2nd is made up of an open office, a bedroom with a bathroom and balcony and the main one with a dressing room, bathroom and terrace. Wi-Fi, TV in all rooms.

This apartment is ideal for spending a few days relaxing and exploring the area due to its very good location and comfort. The terrace is the best part of the apartment and the sunsets overlooking the estuary are amazing. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. It is located in DENA (MEAÑO) and from there you can get to different points of interest very quickly (5-15 min by car): A Lanzada, Sanxenxo, Portonovo, O Grove, Illa de Arousa, Combarro... Parking is available nearby without any problem.

Within a 50m radius there is a supermarket, bakery, cafes and Caneliñas beach 140m away
