Holiday rentals with beach access in Cojimies

The place is small, ideal for a family of 4! The development is very good, the pool of the development is large and the beach is fine although it has many rocks.

It was a very nice experience, the place was incredible with a beautiful view. The apartment had everything I needed, the host was always attentive. Everything was perfect!

Our stay was very good, the facilities are the same as the publication, the place is quiet, it has an elevator. You don't need to use your vehicle to go to the pool and the beach because both are just a few steps from the apartment. Pablo was a great host and was very kind to us. Recommended !

The house is very well equipped and is comfortable and spacious. We were in a family group of four and everything worked perfectly. The house is in a gated community with direct access to the beach and the communal pool via stairs (5 minutes) or by car (1 minute). Almost all the houses in the complex were occupied for the end of the year, but since the houses are totally independent of each other, there was no noise that bothered us despite the date. The house does not directly face the beach, but a few steps away you have a very nice ocean view and the sunsets are picture-perfect when the sky is clear. Overall, a great option to enjoy the beautiful beaches of Manabí.

The house is very cozy, it has 3 bedrooms and air conditioning, in the kitchen you will find everything to cook, they always helped us in any situation and were kind. They are pet friendly and it is a suitable place for it. It is a 7-minute walk from the beach and the place is super quiet, relaxing and cozy. we'll definitely be back

The house has a nice view of the house. The distribution of bedrooms and common areas is very good and the mattresses and pillows are in good condition. It's a comfortable home to spend time as a family!

It is a very nice house and nice to spend time with family, it has its own private entrance, it is safe for the car, it has a very nice pool. And we had a great time.

We had an amazing time in this small seaside paradise, quiet and a short walk from the center of Mompiche! The view is amazing, the rooms are nice and there is everything you need in the kitchen! And Roger welcomed us with a big smile, was very available, flexible and spoiled us with delights from the garden! We are won over by this place, and will come back without hesitation!!!! Excellent location, perfect for family trips!

The stay was very relaxing, the place was very comfortable for us, I would recommend installing an air conditioner to keep the apartment a little cooler, other than that everything was perfect, the lady in the kitchen made very tasty seasoning and was very kind.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property is very close to the beach and so we had great views and the sound of the surf to sleep by. We had a little difficulty at check-in, but that was because we arrived early and had to wait two hours before the guard would let us in. We understood the security measures, but it did cause some difficulty with luggage. The view of the ocean, the pool and the Jacuzzi were a nice addition. The only issue with the Jacuzzi is that it was not very warm and the workers who adjust the temperature apparently leave early in the evening. We certainly recommend the property to other vacationers and would return to this location again because it was quiet and secure.
