A stone's throw from the property, a supermarket, bakery, ski rental, restaurants, the slopes! Private parking (residence) with barrier and a ski room (number 17) You will not be charged a cleaning fee. We expect you to take care of the place and leave it in the same condition as when you arrived.

Chalet located in Chaumie, a hamlet between Colmars Les Alpes and Allos, 5 min by car from each of the villages. Many hikes start directly from the chalet and others are quickly accessible by car. For skiers, you are less than 15 minutes by car from the first ski slopes (10 min from Seignus d'Allos and 20 min from La Foux d'Allos).
