A quiet cabin in the hinterland of Nice

Cabane de charme style trappeur au milieu des arbres au frais et au calme entre ma maison et une roulotte sur le GR 51. Vous pourrez faire votre toilette à l'ancienne avec cuvette et broc à eau ou vous avez derrière la cabane une douche extérieure froide avec réserve d'eau . Il n'y a pas de cuisine dans la cabane. Possibilité de petit déjeuner livré dans un panier devant votre cabane 6€/pers et panier soir 15€ par pers ou tables d'hôtes 24€ sur réservation paiement uniquement en espèces.

Bungalow avec véranda et cuisine d'été, très intime. Parking privé avec portail électrique. Accès à pieds de tous commerces, restaurants. À 15 minutes de l'aéroport de Nice et des plages en voiture. Piscine avec bar ,WC,douche et petite boutique d'été. (Le tout sur un terrain privé.) Je n’accepte que des adultes. Pas d’enfant.Propriétaire sur place Et je vous attends pour vous donner les clés et le bip. Le festival de Cannes est juste à 10 minutes de l’habitation . La clim ne marche plus.

The nest

Formerly called Arbec, our small stone shepherd's cabin was used as a kitchen and dining room. It was where milk was turned into cheese and bush, where the family gathered for the evening vigil with the neighbours , and where social life was forged. Tools,seeds, crops , were also stored in the tree. The stones of this small building are full of history and the thickness of its walls offers a feeling of protection, peace, conducive to rest.

Up to the sea on a natural reserve

The villa is located between Monaco (6km) and Nice on the famous hiking trail Frédéric Nietzsche, perched above the sea, just below the restaurant "La chêvre d'or" of Eze Village. Because the villa is in the middle of a natural park, you have to walk 10 minutes downhill to get there (or 20 minutes to go up) but the scenery is so striking that you will do it with pleasure. we will provide you a card for free private parking at village
