What a beautiful place! We enjoyed a week in the mountains. The gite is far into the valley, making it quiet and you can walk directly from home. We have explored several side rooms. The fall colors, fresh snow up in the valley, vultures and grouse were fantastic! The cottage is very cozy. In fact it is a big space in which an open attic and downstairs a screened bedroom are made. The kitchen offers every opportunity to cook and bake. In Le Verney is a good bakery! Jean-Philippe is very responsive and friendly. He provided extensive instructions through email and his folder in advance. During our stay, he regularly took the time to talk, listen to our experiences, tell about the gite and the valley, and he has good tips for walks. Highly recommended if you are looking for a wonderful and peaceful starting point in the French Alps!

Really well maintained, cozy, perfectly equipped accommodation. The gentle ascent of a few meters to reach it offers a truly wonderful view; the ski slopes and shops are all just a few minutes' walk away! A great stay, thanks to Agata for her availability and courtesy.

My friends and I spent the days of Easter and Easter in the beautiful home of Remo: large rooms, many beds and a large windowed terrace where we could have lunch enjoying the tranquility of the place. The spaces are clean and, after some clarification provided by Remo about the heaters, very warm. A stay that will remain in our hearts.

Very nice little apartment, particularly well located in Valmorel. The center of the village is really a 3-minute walk, and at the same time very quiet. Our stay at Andrea’s house was exactly what we were looking for over Christmas. An incredibly cosy and comfortable house, with lots of space, a very relaxing living area in front of the fire and in a quiet location with beautiful views. Andrea was also an excellent host who was incredibly accommodating, responsive and very proactive in his communication about the house and all the necessary information for a comfortable and pleasant stay. I couldn’t speak highly enough of Andrea and his house.

Spacious, functional apartment and especially at the foot of the slopes. The apartment was clean and ideal with children as everyone has their own space. The two bathrooms are a real plus and the residence gives access to the pool which is much appreciated after skiing. I recommend this place, we will come back!

We stayed as a family of five during the February holidays. The apartment is centrally located on the main street in Alpe d'Huez very close to shops, cafes, the ice rink and swimming pool. The resort bus to the ski lifts stops on the opposite side of the street making access to the slopes and the ESF lesson meeting point very easy. We found the apartment ample for five people for a week and had everything we needed. The kitchen in particular is well kitted out and we self catered here with ease. The apartment benefits from a separate ski room, laundry room and has car parking which is a great feature and in a private lot at the back of the block. Stéphane is a great host and very communicative, the check in/out was super flexible and we were met at the apartment to be shown around and have everything explained to us. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

We were very well received by Sophie and her husband. We stayed two nights, the apartment is very functional and very well equipped. (the little extra very appreciated by our teenager: books, board games and ping pong table available) It is ideally located for the start of beautiful hikes.

Étienne was really friendly: he welcomed me for an aperitif and even offered me potatoes from the local production. A warm host that I would highly recommend.

We were particularly enthusiastic about the location: The short path to the ski resort was ideal for our ski holiday and the bakery right at your doorstep provided us with fresh rolls every morning.
