Since the property is in rural Sussex, it is best to have a car at one’s disposal. However, short distances to venues such as Leonardslee and South Lodge can easily be reached on foot or by a 5-minute taxi ride.

There is space for 2 cars in the drive and others right outside in the close. The kingsize room is ensuite with the double having its own bathroom across the hall. Easy access from the A27 and bus 5B into Brighton make this the perfect holiday home.

My place is close to shops and buses . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Two local pubs within walking distance . Pangdean Farm wedding venue and One Garden wedding venue are both less than a ten minute taxi / car journey from us as well .
