We are a 15 minute drive or a short bus ride into Brighton town centre with the added bonus of a beautiful and quiet location to return home to. Directly on the East Sussex coastal path with the nearest beach access only 5 minutes walk, also a short stroll into the beautiful South Downs National Park.

The Courtyard in Brighton Sussex has its own private entrance, and consists of a beautiful & newly decorated double bedroom with a stylish ensuite. There are glazed patio doors leading from the bedroom outside to a private terrace with a large seating area in the sunshine. We are 15 mins by car to the city centre & beach with a regular bus service directly outside & only 5 mins from Preston Park train station. Please note The Courtyard is not suitable for children under 12 & no pets please.

Chill, work, or use it as a base for exploring Brighton and the Downs. Our garden is natural and we are mostly an organic home. We can share about local organic food and markets. We are also close to some lovely walks, and 3 buses stop outside the main house for a 30-minute trip into the centre of town

Welcome to the Green Room Nestled on the edge of Brighton amidst the picturesque South Downs, the Green Room has stunning views of the South Downs National Park. It is just a 20 minute bus ride or cycle into Vibrant Brighton and its glorious seafront. The Annex has its own entrance and is fully equipped with everything you’ll need The Annex is part of our family home and although it’s a private space, you will be able to hear kids and dogs playing in the garden below your decking at times

Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.
