Holiday rentals with a pool in Colegiales

A casa alem de bem localizada é muito espaçosa e todos os ambientes são muito bem equipados, a piscina aquecida fica em uma temperatura excelente e conseguimos usar todos os dias mesmo com o frio da cidade.

Our stay at this Airbnb in Argentina was nothing short of exceptional. The home itself is absolutely adorable—impeccably clean, well-maintained, and full of charm. It truly felt like an authentic taste of Argentina, just by being in the space. Adrián, our host, went above and beyond. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel completely at home. He greeted us warmly, checked in throughout our stay, and made sure every need was met,offering amazing recommendations for things to do, places to eat, and unforgettable local experiences. The neighborhood is fantastic safe, vibrant, and full of life. We loved being surrounded by restaurants, cafés, and cultural gems like live tango shows. Everything was incredibly accessible and easy to navigate. This Airbnb was genuinely the highlight of our trip and elevated our entire experience. We've traveled the world and stayed in many places, but this has been, without a doubt, the best Airbnb we’ve had the pleasure of staying in. Thank you Adrian

La casa es tal cual se ve en las fotos: amplia, luminosa, cómoda y muy bien ubicada en pleno Palermo, cerca de todo pero en una zona tranquila. Estaba impecable: la limpieza fue excelente y se nota que cada detalle está cuidado con mucha dedicación. Ideal para grupos o familias, porque hay espacio de sobra y todo funciona perfecto. La anfitriona fue excelente. Siempre disponible, muy atenta y flexible. Incluso nos permitió quedarnos después del horario de check-out, lo cual fue un gran gesto. Definitivamente volveríamos. 100% recomendable.

My kind of Airbnb and where Airbnb started - a real home of real, lovely people. If you want an agent-managed IKEAAirbnb apartment look elsewhere. Alejandra and Federico's family home (they have now moved out of Buenos Aries) is a really nice, very quiet, spacious house, in a great location, convenient for bus/metro and airport transport and with lots of light and architectural features (we loved the stained glass). The outside cooking area and pool were an added bonus. The home is certainly lived in which adds to the charm! The response to our questions and minor issues during the stay was great. If you visit BA, stay here.

Nos alojamos en este alojamiento con 7 amigos, la casa es grande, funcional y muy comoda, cuenta con una gran cantidad de camas, ideal para viaje con amigos o con familia numerosa, el único punto a mencionar es la presencia de gente durmiendo fuera del alojamiento la cual genero algunos disturbios en la madrugada, pero nada que no pueda solucionarse, Lucía fue super predispuesta y atenta, sin duda volveríamos en una futura ocasión.

This place was great. If you haven't stayed in a PH in Buenos Aires before, they are amazing! Each one is unique and offers a different vibe. This place has a beautiful courtyard on the ground floor with tropical plants. The first-floor bedroom feels magical with the large glass windows and plants. Pro and con to the first floor is if it rains... On one hand, the feeling of lying in bed while rain falls outside in the courtyard is euphoric. But on the other hand, it's a bit of a pain to get upstairs to the main level without getting wet. I think it was worth the tradeoff. The second floor is the main level with a great open floorplan living space. Kitchen has all the things you need, minus disposables, like paper towels/napkins. The third floor is the rooftop. You have to experience it to understand it... Now, this is an older place with quirks & things that could use minor improvements, but nothing crazy. 1 downside - mosquitoes, but the host brought us sprays that got rid of them.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Wohnung von Maria. Ich bin regelmäßig in Buenos Aires und kenne Palermo recht gut. Dies ist das bisher schönste Apartment, das ich bewohnt habe. Besonders der tolle Balkon mit dem Blick in die Calle Voltaire ist einzigartig. Maria ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Leider haben wir nicht die Zeit gefunden, uns persönlich kennenzulernen. Vielen Dank für alles, Maria!

El alojamiento es hermoso y todo salió de maravilla! Para tener en cuenta por estos meses de remodelación , yo me imaginé que era algo de pintura pero es algo más grande por lo que hay ruido de martillos y escombros por lo que si tienen que trabajar con videollamadas como fue mi caso es bastante complicado pero una vez que terminen o si solo vas a estar para dormir es espectacular y se duerme súper bien ! ( a las 8 y media empiezan los arreglos ) Una vez que terminen hagan el final de obra el lugar es una maravilla ✨ Espero les sirva de ayuda !

es la segunda ocasión que visito el departamento de Paula en Palermo y fue una muy grata experiencia, ella es muy atenta, el condominio lindo y excelentemente bien ubicado, todo el entorno es genial. el departamento, espectacular bien iluminado y muy cómodo para viajes de turismo o trabajo. seguro que cuando visite otra vez Buenos Aires me quedare ahí! Apartamento muito bem Localizado, acomodação condiz com o plubilcado, anfitriã muito receptiva.

anfitrião sempre disposto a ajudar e rápido retorno. apartamento muito aconchegante e confortável. porém, rua movimentada e muito barulho. A distância até o metrô é significativa. Pelo valor cobrado, atendeu as expectativas.
