This home has everything for a great stay. Comfy beds, steamy hot shower, cool/hot AC, modern kitchen with all amenities, tv, wi-fi, washer, dryer, bbq grill, patio, quiet neighborhood with birds singing peacefully in the morning. We are located conveniently between Orlando and Tampa, so guests can enjoy decent driving to Orlando attractions and from other side- our famous Crystal river and Hernando beach. You will have the house, patio and backyard to your self, but the front yard is shared.

Beautiful new home in the villages. All new appliances with all brand new furniture, beds and decor. You have quick access to Sawgrass grove Entertainment facility, Ezell recreation center and McGradys pub. This open floor plan with the kitchen opening to living room keeps everyone together. The huge island is a great hanging out spot. You will have access to many close by, pools, shuffle board, parks and golf courses during your stay.

We had a nice stay for 4 nights at Diane’s house. The house is very clean located in a quiet neighborhood. Bed in Master is very comfortable. House is well equipped with everything one needs. Would definitely stay again if we visit The Villages.

Little Paradise in the Villages - with Golf Cart

We enjoyed our two week stay very much. The home had all the necessary basics, was very clean, and comfortable. The hosts were very responsive. We had a minor issue and they had someone there within ten minutes to resolve it! Having the golf cart included is a plus. We navigatigated our travels through The Villages quite comfortably the majority of the two weeks using the cart rather than the car. There is a pool quite close to the home and the home is also located pretty close to Brownwood Square. We would highly recommend this property.

Very cute two bedroom that comes with a golf cart! Laurie was super helpful and accommodating. House was easy and lovely and charmingly decorated - highly recommend if you’re visiting The Villages! It was great to have more space than a hotel and we traveled with our six year old so we also really appreciated the separate bedroom and bathtub. The sheets and linens are super soft!

Our stay at TikiTiki in the villages was great. The house was exactly as described, super clean with a nicely stocked kitchen. The living area and gaming room had something for everyone as did the pool and grill outside. There were lots of restaurants, boutiques and grocery stores within a couple miles of the home. Kim and Dave were quick to respond by phone or text with any questions I had and very pleasant to deal with. We recommend TikiTiki for your Florida vacation. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
