Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Coleshill

I needed a place to stay whilst attending a work conference at the Birmingham Conference and Events Centre. Paulina’s apartment was an oasis - beautifully cleaned, relaxing, well stocked and large. Excellent amenities. Check in was incredibly smooth and easy, very flexible. Walkable from train station. I didn’t explore the area much but very convenient groceries, and felt safe walking around alone.

Had a great stay. Iwona is a fantastic host. The apartment was perfectly located for what we needed. It was beautifully presented, clean and fully equipped. We felt right at home. Check in and check out were very easy and very clearly communicated. We loved the little touches such as body wash, shampoo and conditioner and dishwasher tablets/cleaning materials. This is a perfect apartment to use if you want to spend a few days in the city. Everything in terms of restaurants, theatres and the train station is all walkable. Would definitely recommend.

The Lofthouse was perfect for two - plenty of space for a short-medium term stay, well equipped and beautifully furnished. I loved having breakfast on the sunny balcony (sunny for most of the day with beautiful countryside views), and the toiletries provided smelled amazing. We also appreciated the fresh milk, soft drinks and laundry/dishwasher tablets in our welcome pack. We are hoping to return regularly when we visit family based nearby.

We were only staying one night so not much opportunity to explore the area. Accommodation was very well thought out and perfect for 2 people. Beautiful view from the balcony - wished we were staying longer! Make sure you screen shot the get-in instructions (which were very clear). I failed to do this and had to disturb Clare to let us in as I couldn’t get online. I chose it for proximity to the Canine Partners national training centre and wouldn’t hesitate to book again if I were to make another visit

Beautiful house in a beautiful location not only for the surrounding area but also for transport links. We filled every room and not once did we feel we didn't have enough space. Minor issue for some of the rooms having low ceilings but that is by the by. Would highly recommend this property to those needing a larger place to stay when visiting the NEC.

Tim was an excellent host who left the property in outstanding condition for us. We enjoyed the stay so much and would highly recommend Tim’s place to anyone considering. It was well worth the cost and somewhere we’d definitely visit again.

Overall a lovely place to stay. Responsive hosts who were very informative so no issues understanding instructions and amenities. Check-in was easy and was as instructions described. Nice and close to local shops and food places so quite walkable. Area was somewhat peaceful, road wasn't too busy but slightly noisy at night after 10pm. All rooms were clean including linen and bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Generally would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Birmingham or the NEC center. Would stay again.

Me and a colleague were staying in the area for one evening and found the house to be fantastic. It looks newly renovated and was extremely clean. We weren't there long but were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Peyton!

A 5 star stay. We came from Australia and New Zealand for a wedding and this house was the perfect base for it. For the two weeks we stayed here we felt absolutely at home. The house is stunning, plenty of space and all the amenities you need. Nik even made sure we had a mid stay clean half way through. He was a very welcoming host from the start and was always available if I had any questions. Couldn’t recommend this house to anyone more and it has certainly made me want to come back! A great place to stay. Spotlessly clean throughout. Bed mega comfy. Easy to find in Hinckley. Net Mary who came round, very friendly, good, clear info as bout the accommodation. Very polite and professional. No hesitation in recommending for others to stay, and we would stay again if in the area.

Easy key collection, very clean and comfortable with additional details such as toiletries and some foodstuff - great place.

Overall it was a very pleasant day. Car was on the driveway right next to the apartment nice and clean nice comfortable clean bed big TV exactly what I needed before a long day at Master Mind great sleep overall very happy the only one very very slight thing I may wanted more is blackout curtainsas I don’t sleep very well and the light wakes me up

Very nice flat, exactly as described. Backyard is on the Worcester-Birmingham canal, which was the attraction for me. There is a table and chairs for sitting out and watching canal boats and waterfowl pass by. The train is adjacent to the canal and trains pass by several times an hour during the day with some at night too. I actually enjoy the train traffic, but with the doors/windows closed there is no train noise. Kitchen is adequately supplied for just about any cooking. Bathroom is typically small, but the shower was great with steady flow of hot water. There is plenty of parking, numerous grocery stores and restaurants are within a short walk. I thoroughly enjoyed my 12-day stay.

Nice, modern 1 bed flat only 10 mins or so walk from New Street Station. Flat was comfortable and well appointed, plenty of bars, restaurants, shops etc. a couple of mins away. Khalli was responsive and pleasant and gave us easy to follow instructions for check in. Would happily stay here again if I needed something in Birmingham.

Amazing spot on the outskirts on the city - yet in the most peaceful grounds in their own slice of the countryside. What a little gem to have stayed in. Pam and her husband Paul are absolutely lovely hosts who could not have make me feel more welcome. 🙏🏼
