Bright and private double room on ground floor, with Netflix. Safe driveway parking. The room has a separate entrance and a private ensuite bathroom, fridge, electric cooking hob and microwave. University, RBH and Reading town within a walking distance, TVP a short drive. There is no outside space, but a nice neighbourhood with shops, botanical gardens, and museums is within a short walk. If you need both beds, please note there'll be very little floor space left. Our quiet hours are 11pm-6am.

We are located very near the Royal Berkshire Hospital and University of Reading. We have a bedroom, garden room and bathroom for people to use during their stay (nothing is shared). There is a separate entrance to the guest's accommodation and there is no access to the main house. We have a cat who sleeps in the adjoining room (our utility room), but will not have access when guests stay. There is no breakfast supplied. There is on road parking on weekday evenings and weekends.

1 bed detached annex Central Reading

A newly refurbished, self contained annexe next to our Family home in Central Reading. Around a 2 min walk to Reading West Station that connects straight to Reading Main with fast connections into London and the North. Also good access to M4 Junction 11 and 12. Walking distance to Reading town centre - approx 15 mins. Bifold doors lead into the Lounge and Kitchen area, with an ensuite double bedroom. A small court yard also enables you to enjoy the sunshine.

Modernised 2-bedroom first-floor flat. Large well-equipped kitchen. The lounge has a small balcony that looks out over the communal garden area. As well as the lounge TV both bedrooms have large wall-mounted TVs with Netflix and Amazon, box set heaven! We have a fold-out full-size single bed that we can set up in the apartment (either in the main bedroom or the lounge) Just let is know if you need this. Ample off road parking in the driveway
