Delizioso appartamento arredato con cura, in stile etnico, provvisto di ogni comfort, in un casolare appena ristrutturato secondo i principi della bioedilizia, immerso nella macchia mediterranea del più bel versante dell'isola d'Elba, con vista mozzafiato sull'arcipelago toscano e sulla Corsica, a 250 m sul livello del mare, dominante la spiaggia di Cavoli. L'appartamento è composto di soggiorno con angolo cottura e divano-letto per due persone, camera matrimoniale e bagno con doccia e ampio spazio esterno attrezzato per pranzare e prendere il sole. Il luogo è raggiungibile con una strada sterrata di 2,5 km dal paesino di San Piero in Campo (fin dove arrivano i mezzi pubblici), distante pochi minuti di macchina dalle spiagge più incantevoli dell'isola (Cavoli, Seccheto, Fetovaia) e dal centro turistico e commerciale di Marina di Campo. E' consigliabile disporre di un mezzo proprio. La casa è immersa nella tipica macchia mediterranea alternata a grandi e suggestive scogliere di granito. Il grande giardino è recintato, contiene un orto e un uliveto. Non vi sono altre abitazioni nei dintorni. Intorno alla località si snodano i più suggestivi sentieri per gli amanti del trekking e della mountain bike. Ideale per chi è in cerca di silenzio, relax, aria pura, e ama la natura e i luoghi un pò speciali. I padroni di casa potranno aiutarvi per ogni evenienza e perplessità. BREATHTAKING VIEW ON THE ARCHIPELAGO Charming apartment,furnished in ethnic style,with every comfort,in an old cottage just renovated according to the bioarchitecture,amidst the Mediterranean bush in the most beautiful part of Elba island with breathtaking views on the Tuscan archipelago and (email hidden) a.s.l.,overlooking famous Cavoli beach. The apartment has a living room with kitchenette and divan bed for two persons,a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and a large outside patio for eating and sunbathing. You can reach the place through a 2,5 Km dirt road from San Piero in Campo,where pubblic transport ends,and from where ,in few minutes by car you can get to the best beaches of the island (Cavoli,Seccheto,Fetovaia etc.),and to the touristic and service centre of Marina di Campo. It's better to have your own car or motorbike(you can rent it anywhere on the island). The house is surrounded by the typical mediterranean bush scattered with huge granite cliffs. The large garden has an olive grove and a vegetable garden. The place is secluded and there are no other houses in the surroundings. It's an ideal place for trekking and mountain biking and lovers of relax,peace,nature and special places. Your host are ready to help for any need and request.

LA BOUGANVILLE è una deliziosa casa marina a 5 min a piedi dal mare cristallino di Chiessi, un tipico paesino ad ovest dell'Isola. Arredata con molto gusto nei toni bianco, blu e azzurro, si trova in una zona tranquilla, circondata da un grazioso giardino. Sviluppata su 2 piani, ha una splendida terrazza vista mare su Corsica e Pianosa. All'interno 2 camere, 2 bagni, ampio soggiorno con cucina- pranzo, soppalco con divano letto. All'esterno vari spazi ombreggiati, doccia e parcheggio coperto.

Casa del Capitano | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Sant'Andrea House "La Solana"

*Between a reservation and another there's an empty day used to clean and sanitize the house, (ozone machine)* A few minutes of distance from the little gulf of Sant'Andrea with the beautiful sandy beach, rocky surface and the cove of Cotoncello. There's a little bakery almost in front of the house and a tiny market at the closest village La Zanca (5 mins by foot) and a little bar, perfect during the sunset to enjoy a cocktail and some appetizers with a wonderful orange seascape view.

Das Haus befindet sich im antiken Stadtteil,. Kino- Set fuer die Folgen der ‚Delikte des Barlume‘ gedreht, eine italienische Krimiserie die im Herzen der Toskana spielt. Die Designer-Wohnung mit sehr hohen Decken wurde 2023 als Loft komplett restauriert und komfortabel ausgestattet.

Vista incredibile su Corsica e Capraia, situato in mezzo alla natura, ristrutturato da poco. Ideale per gli amanti del trekking con sentieri a pochi passi da casa. Mare a 1,6km raggiungibile facilmente con un mezzo proprio o servizio di navetta con fermata di fronte al parcheggio privato riservato all'appartamento. Non forniamo biancheria.
