Everything exactly as described. Highly recommend!

Impeccable and accurate. The apartment is NEW and is also very nice. The kitchen is equipped with everything ,in the bathroom there were towels and even disposable vials and paper , basically as in a hotel . Floor HEATING that regulates the optimal temperature, spare blankets... Great internet connection, a small office and a nice TV... in short, everything... everything , just a few steps from the apartment there is a grocery store, the pharmacy, the distributor and a bar, more than a review I have to congratulate ! Thank you Gabriele and Marta, our stay was quiet and relaxing... the place was nice and great for what we had to do... I hope to return soon... I highly recommend it to everyone

Immaculate flat with 3 big bedrooms and a huge kitchen/living space. V quiet surroundings. Beautiful garden with a small pool which is nice for cooling off. Judith, Fabrizio and their two children are wonderful hosts, but never intrusive. It is a bit of a bumpy track to reach the house but fine with a standard family car. Easy to reach many Umbrian towns including Assisi and lake Trasimeno (we enjoyed kayaking). We also enjoyed the local water park.

She’s incredibly helpful—always available and willing to assist with anything we needed, no questions asked. Her warm, down-to-earth personality made our stay not only comfortable but genuinely special. What made the experience even more memorable was her recommendation to try her father’s amazing Roman cuisine, perfectly paired with local wines. It was an unforgettable meal and a true highlight of our trip. The farmhouse itself is beautifully located in the heart of Tuscany. It’s the perfect base for exploring nearby cities and the stunning countryside. Thanks to the central location, we were able to easily travel around and soak in all the beauty Tuscany has to offer. To assess this property, we must start with the HOST, a professional in every sense. From the minute 0 of the reservation, until the departure; always attentive, very kind and very professional. It is a pleasure to meet serious people and this gives value to the application. The beach house is a paradise in Italy. Easy access, attention to detail, peace, nature, comfort. Our trip was as a family with our two poodles and I think they were the ones who enjoyed the property the most, seeing them run and jump through the green areas of the property and live with many birds, rabbits is priceless. Our daughter enjoyed her stay studying and with the peace and tranquility of the place, it was not difficult for her to concentrate. We, on the other hand, did some sightseeing in the area, all very close and well connected by road. It is a very well-kept, safe property and above all, enjoying its sunset, sitting on a lounger, enjoying a good wine (from the area) is a unique experience. Thank you Maurizio.

Beautiful place for a group of families. Lovely surrounds and near to many nice restaurants and towns

Krisztina and Lucio are two wonderful hosts, very kind and available from the first phone communications, flexible in schedules, they were able to recommend restaurants and places to visit. We were 4 friends for a weekend and we felt really pampered! The small village where the farmhouse is located is a postcard spot, just 15 minutes by car from Lake Trasimeno and other typical villages. The apartment has every detail, comfortable, elegant and traditional.
