This is a quiet neighborhood, so please… * No parties *This is a NO SMOKING house or on front porch because smoke will blow into the house. TY:) * washer & dryer in basement Amenities nearby- coffee shop, restaurants, bakery, brewery, wine bar. Public transportation is a block away providing access to downtown, Univ. of Cincinnati, Over-the Rhine & Downtown Museums, Sports & Arts.
