The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

The accommodation is finely furnished, surrounded by nature, just 5 minutes from the sandy beaches of Pineto and the charming medieval village of Atri. With its 90 square meters, it is ideal for families, groups of friends or couples who wish to live an authentic and unique experience. The property enjoys breathtaking views of the sea and mountains.

Comfortable apartment in a central area. Private parking is available in front of the house and an exclusive garden equipped for friends and families. The apartment is on the ground floor and consists of a large living area equipped with: an electric oven, induction hob, fireplace and a practical sofa bed; a spacious double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The garden lights are scheduled to be turned off by 11:00 p.m., and unscheduled parties are not allowed.

A few kilometers from the main highway connections and the historic center of Nocciano. Possibility of horseback riding and cycling along the Nora river. A visit to the castle of Nocciano and the hamlet of Villa Badessa, a center of Greco-Byzantine culture, is interesting.

Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
