Great place to stay! Comfortable and convenient location. Cafe downstairs and restaurant a couple of doors up kept us well fed with good food. We didn’t need to eat at home at all. Joanna kindly let us have a late checkout, which really made a difference with transfer to the airport. Hope we can come back and stay here again.

David’s apartment was fab. I was there for 2 weeks and felt like a true local. It’s such a cool building with the large ceilings and warehouse vibe. It’s steps away from the station, right next to all the great eats of Swan st and just such a great vibe. Despite its proximity to the hustle and bustle, it’s mostly a quiet place, with the usual day-to-day sounds from the upstairs neighbours now and then. It’s an old building so it’s to be expected. It was pretty chilly weather when I stayed but the reverse cycle warmed it pretty well. Also it’s really equiped for long term stays. The washer/dryer was fab, great kitchen and Coles is 5 mins walk away so you’ve got groceries close by. Oh and Hectors Deli is 1 mins away, great for Sunday pastries and coffee! Catherine was very helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the booking, check in and check out process. The place was amazing and in such a great location in St Kilda. The added touch of putting the fire on for us on arrival, on a cold evening, was very thoughtful. We had a great time in St Kilda and Melbourne, using Catherine's place as a hub made it all the more special. I cannot forget to mention the great recommendations for cafes, bars and restaurants locally that are now on our 'must go back to' list.

The apartment met all of our expections and was good value for the price we paid. In walking distance to a vibrant local food and wine area and also offering the serenity of a beautiful river walk the location was ideal for our city getaway. Set in a very quiet block of apartments we were provided with everything we could possibly need. Comfy bed, spotlessly clean and filled with light I would recommend staying at David’s without any hesitation.

It was a luxurious experience with a picturesque view of the Melbourne City. The view from all the windows have impressed all my family members. The best was the location as they provided us a car parking lot(parking in Melbourne is really expensive). The apartment is also near prime location like the Queen Victoria Market and there were plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. We were spoilt for choices. Highly recommend if you are visiting central Melbourne.

We loved everything about our stay, easy check in to a beautiful clean and amazingly designed home. I wanted to come back to this place again as we visit melb so often, alas, it was booked. Next time. Worth staying here, a gem of Albert park! We loved it.

Monty’s townhouse has been beautifully renovated and finished to have you everything you need and more. The kitchen has to be one of the best I’ve used through Airbnb, stocked with everything you need from cake tins, cocktail glasses to organic basics. Monty took care of us by arranging a high chair and a late check out. We felt really happy with our stay :)

This gorgeous historic home is in the best location with the tram across the road, the South Melbourne markets a very short walk as well as lots of local cafes and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and homelike as well as quite spacious for a one bedroom place. There’s a full kitchen with plenty of bench space to prepare all that beautiful food from the nearby markets!

Loved our stay! The house was super clean, felt really homely, and had great appliances. It’s in an awesome spot—everything was walking distance. There was a brief power issue (seemed like a neighbourhood thing), but Emily responded super fast and was great to deal with. Would definitely stay again!

Had the pleasure of staying here for a trip back home to visit family with my partner, it is an absolute beautiful home and Patrizio made us feel welcomed and at ease. Our family of 5 had a great stay at Graci's home in Port Melbourne. Lots of space, great amenities, quiet location, close to amenities. We would definitely stay again.

Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

Its an apartment with a magnificent view across Melbourne, right next to the incredible Victoria Market and the thumping heart of the centre of the city. Yet it is peaceful and quiet. The pool is long and lovely and there is a gym too. Selina was wonderful and responsive. Would definitely come back if I visited Melbourne again.

We had a lovely stay at Nick’s apartment. Perfect for the 3 of us. Loved the mid century modern vibes and the location was great - felt like you were in a peaceful little neighbourhood but only a couple of blocks from great restaurants and shops. Bernadette was very attentive and we really appreciated the later checkout so we didn’t have to take our luggage around with us on our last day. Would love to stay again.

We really enjoyed staying at Liam's place. We easily walked to the MCG to watch the footy. My kids loved watching the hot air balloons from the balcony and rooftop early Sat morning. We will be booking again for our annual trip next year. Cheers mate

We had a great stay. Everything was as described, very clean, we had everything we needed, the hosts were incredibly responsive and we were very comfortable.

Karin was very helpful, flexible and responsive as we booked this Airbnb for a colleague who was staying for a local event. He and his family loved the space and he kept raving about the whole building and accommodation as well. The location was perfect as we chose it due to the closeness to the event space. So it worked out perfectly and we would book it again next year!
