Appartement calme, entièrement rénové dans le Pays de Gex, à Collonges, à 20 minutes de l'aéroport de Genève et à 10 minutes du CERN. A 5 minutes des commerces : boulangerie, pharmacie, supermarché... Le logement se trouve au premier étage de notre maison avec sa propre entrée. Il est composé d'une grande pièce, coin salon, salle à manger, cuisine ouverte, une salle d'eau et une chambre. La maison se situe à la campagne dans un hameau calme, avec une vue panoramique sur Genève et le Jura.

Entièrement rénové, notre Gîte vous propose un espace de tranquillité pour un séjour réussi ! "Le Credo" offre un espace terrasse-jardinet privatif, un Gîte de 35m2 environ composé d'une entrée indépendante donnant sur le salon / salle à manger avec banquette lit, d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, d'une belle chambre à grand lit, et d'une salle de douche avec WC séparés et armoire / penderie. Linges de toilette fournis et lit fait à l'arrivée, ménage inclus. Chiens acceptés.

Peaceful environment, with direct access to forest trails. Accommodates 2 to 6 people with a double bed, a foldaway bed and a sofa bed. Wi-Fi, washer/dryer and private parking. Located 24 min from the Semnoz ski resort, 15 min walk from the lake and the historic center or 4 min by car. Bus stop nearby.

A unique space of 64 m2 plus terrace and garden: Including: A 20 m2 studio with kitchenette, comfortable and practical sofa bed, rapido type, overlooking a 12 m2 terrace with panoramic views of the mountains and its Romantic garden. On the lower level, the 45 m2 spa area with Jacuzzi, sauna and large round bed for your nights in the magic of a plant decor, special care has been given to the materials including 2 basins cut from blocks of Carrara marble.

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family or for workers. 10 minutes from the Chancy customs (Geneva) and Perly customs, Saint Julien, 30 minutes by car from Geneva Airport with private parking space and access to the residence's swimming pool in summer. Carrefour Market supermarket 10 m walk from the residence, Pharmacy, Bank, Post Office, several shops, the Market every Sunday morning.

This cabin is located in the middle of fruit trees and a huge vegetable garden! Poultry are free around (goose, duck, chicken) 🐤 The river is 30 seconds away with splendid views of the mountains. You have the option to fully open the roof above the bed to admire the stars, even in winter because I have a warm duvet that keeps the heat from the stove 🔥 Shared showers and toilets, 30 seconds from the accommodation.
