The host was responsive and attentive and provided just about all of the info we needed during our stay via messages. The place was clean and organized. Though we didnt use them, I appreciated the supplements and pain killers available in the kitchen. The bed was extremely comfortable and the sheets were very soft. The stairs are a bit creeky and hollow to walk on, so I hope we did not disturb the other guest when walking through the house. The streets were mostly quiet with a few people intermittently shouting but nothing accessive and we were able to sleep through the night. The metro is just around the block which was helpful. At night walk with caution as with any city or unfamiliar area. The only downside to this location is that you have to travel about 18 minutes to reach a wawa or other restaurants for food after hours so if you plan to stay here, just make a quick stop at the grocery store for late night cravings 🙂. Overall good experience and would recommend.

Where do I even start?! This place was everything and more! Colleen and Paul are amazing! The place is literally so close to the Metro that connects you to DC. Everything is close by, check-in was so easy, and the place was so clean!! We were in the area for Warped Tour and this place was perfect because it was 3 stops away in the Orang Line, plus we were on the opposite direction from the crowds, so coming back home after being outside all day was super easy! 10/10 would recommend! Also, Colleen was so sweet and responsive, as well as suggested restaurants for us to try. Super quiet place/neighborhood and will stay here again if I’m in the area. Thank you Colleen and Paul!! 🩷

LeTeisha’s place was exactly as described; very clean and perfect for me as a traveler just needing a place to stay. This is a private room in a shared house; I heard the other tenants but didn’t cross paths with them and always had access to the shared bathroom and kitchen. The bed was comfortable and street parking was easy.
