The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

L'appartamento è arredato in perfetto stile tradizionale locale dell'antica Toscana : antiche travi in legno, pavimenti in cotto e arredamenti unici. Virgi House is a 160 sqm villa, located 3 km far from Siena’s hystorical center. The villa is distributed over three floors. On the first one there is a double bedroom with bathroom and terrace, a large open space living room, a modern kitchen and a bathroom. Downstairs a double bedroom (or 2 single beds), a large bathroom, a study and a bright living room with a loggia from which you can access the private car park and the garden. The property also provides free wifi, air conditioning.

The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.

La Pieve - the house next to the church

To the right of the Argenina church, after which it is named, it has the persuasive look of its 2 small arches facing west. Perhaps it was once the parish priest's house, or the one where cooking was done in the large wood-burning oven, who knows?
