IMPORTANT: Due to the compact design, the staircase is very narrow and steep. Please go up and down carefully, and we recommend leaving large luggage downstairs. Please note: there is no parking available.

A few steps from a mini super and a gym. The area is quiet and the street is in development since houses are being built, it is considered a popular area but it has a very good location. Please respect check-in after 3pm to 10pm. In this complex there are only two apartments and a room.
