The Garden Studio in Old Town

This little studio has had quite a history. The main house was built in 1908, and the studio was built shortly after as a carriage house. It had a facelift as a pottery studio in the 70's. Now, after a remodel in 2023, it is a cozy retreat for guests looking to explore our incredible city. The bungalow is one block from Colorado State University and steps from wonderful restaurants, bars, coffeeshops, plus just a short walk to Old Town so the location has something for everyone.
