Located at Pickerel Lake, one of the best clear-water lakes in northeast South Dakota, the apartment above our garage offers guests all-seasons year-round access for fishing, hunting, boating, and water recreation activities on Pickerel Lake and on other area lakes. From a keypadded shared entryway up 16 standard-incline steps to the apartment are two bedrooms, living room, full kitchen, full bath with shower, plus free parking outdoors including area for boat/trailer parking.

This cozy cottage on Richmond Lake is conveniently located 9 miles from Aberdeen. Far away enough to disconnect and close enough to run to town if needed. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Lots of in/out door entertaining space and can sleep up to 10. Ideally, located for pheasant hunters or fishermen. Full concierge services available.

Large Beds, New World Comforts with Historic Charm

A fully furnished single family home all to yourselves! This corner lot gives you privacy and lots of parking! Highest Wifi speed available in Aberdeen. Queen and King-sized beds! For the same price as two hotel rooms, you get group space for fun as well as "me" space. Service animals (as defined by the ADA) are allowed throughout the house all year round. All other pets are allowed with a $50 per pet fee.

Enjoy your summer at the lake. THIS THE LOWER LEVEL OF A HOUSE ON ROY LAKE. It is separate from the upstairs and has its own entrance on the lake. Includes access to dock and close to boat dock. (Our dock is only in the water from May-Sept) 2 bedrooms (1 King bed, 2 queen beds), and large sectional couch. Has kitchenette, private bathroom, gas grill, fire pit. Bring your boat!
