Chalet holiday rentals in Columbia-Shuswap

The Lavender Cabin at Tin Poppy Retreat is gorgeous. The views are amazing both from the cabin and the various lookout points on the walks! You can practically see to Armstrong from the porch. It is conveniently located yet feels like you are all alone. It was the perfect staycation for us. We’ll be coming back often!

This is a wonderful place except lots of cottages surrounded it which we don't see from its published photos. The property is very clean and nicely kept. We could not find a exhaust fan in the kitchen and thus, we were worried about cooking. Main TV in the sitting area is in a cabinet and it can be locked. The doors of that lockable compartment can be open only 90 degrees. Thus, unless you sit right in front of the TV, people seated in sides cannot watch the TV. But overall I will give 5 stars.

An absolutely wonderful experience and host. One of the best Airbnb’s that I’ve stayed at thus far. We were a group of 6 adults - work colleagues, staying two nights and wished we could have stayed longer. The location is very peaceful and beautiful, surrounded by forests, it’s a true gem. Easy to get there and easy access. Barb’s home was very clean and the amenities were plentiful, there was even bear spray available - every detail was well thought out. Beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We all felt at home - WiFi worked great. Barb’s description and instructions were spot on, easy to follow and very friendly. We enjoyed it so much, that we will definitely return with our families. Highly recommended for families or a group of friends wanting to experience the true Canadian Rockies. Thanks for the great experience :)

Highly recommend! Very clear instructions, easy to find. Service was not great on the property so I would recommend loading a map with the address before driving off the highway. The property was very clean and obviously very well maintained. We did not use the hot tub but it was nice that the option was there. The mosquitoes were active, we recommend bringing bug spray! The beds were comfortable. Very clean. Very peaceful relaxing place to be!

Incredible accommodations at Robs place. Will recommend to anyone looking to stay at KH. When we return, we hope to book another stay at this Airbnb

We had an awesome 12 night stay at the Greenway Chalet. Beautiful views of the mountains and valley along with helpful and friendly staff. Jannis, Sean (sp?) and his father were all great! Would definitely stay there again. Mickey Thomason

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! Easy to find, clear instructions, extremely helpful and quick responses! Our favorite thing was sharing a fence with the Northern Light Wildlife Wolf Centre. It was such magic for us and our daughters to hear the wolves howl. And don’t worry, it wasn’t disruptive. You almost can’t hear them when inside. Amazing. Hot tub and home were immaculate. Kitchen has every pot, pan or dish you will need. Lightning fast internet when you need it. Beds were very comfortable and towels plentiful.

Mike was super quick with any questions or concerns we had. The place was perfect for our group especially having two hot tubs and two bbqs. Made cooking so much easier . It takes the same time to get into town as if you co”ame down from the ski hill houses. Thanks for your place

Todd was an amazing host, and the Grizz Paw Lodge exceeded expectations! Todd was very responsive, friendly, and ensured we were taken care of during our stay. The lodge was spotless and very well maintained, everything was ready as soon as we walked in. There was more than enough dish ware and cooking supplies for my group, and Todd included coffee/tea which was very nice. The lodge was exactly as advertised and I have nothing but positive things to say about Todd as a host. I definitely recommend this property if you’re considering it!

We had a wonderful stay at this chalet! The place was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The host provided very clear and detailed instructions, which made everything—from using the hot tub to handling garbage—simple and straightforward. The hot tub was a great feature, especially with the beautiful surroundings. The kitchen had all the essentials, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like spices and condiments. The Firestick on the basement TV was also a nice bonus for relaxing in the evenings. The host was very responsive and kind, even offering to check if early check-in was possible. Overall, it was a peaceful, comfortable, and well-maintained space. We would definitely recommend this property and would love to return in the future!

This place was absolutely amazing! The view was gorgeous, and Shelby and Erica were incredibly quick to respond to any questions. The cabin was well-stocked with everything we needed, including cooking essentials and a great selection of board games. The fire pit and hot tub were perfect additions that made the stay even better. Highly recommend!

Jamie's place was PERFECT for our group! Amazing location right near Revelstoke Mountain Resort - shuttles to the mountain were super easy. Loved cooking meals at the house & relaxing in the hot tub after cold stream plunges. Highly recommend! 😊🏔️🍳♨️

Stayed here for 6 nights in February and it exceeded our expectations! The chalets are so cozy, with tons of history. Loved the artwork of the Swiss mountain guides throughout the building. Our group had a bunch of engineers and their favorite part was the light switches 😅 Amazing views looking over Golden and kicking horse mountain. Would 100% recommend. No complaints, we will be back! Worth the drive from Vancouver island to ski at KH :)

Great stay, location and house

This was a fantastic cabin for our extended family to gather. The teenagers loved the basement movie room and game room, and the adults loved the large dining table to play games and talk. The rooms were clean and there were plenty of bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again!
