The condo was great! Great location! The only issue we had was the address provided brought us to a back gate. I needed to go to the main gate address, and I wasn't sure where that was. I was able to call and they gave us another address. Maybe provide the condo address and the main gate address. Otherwise, fantastic stay!

Our Beaches and Birdies Villa has everything that you need to enjoy your stay in the Brunswick Plantation premier golf community! Beautiful views of the 1st tee on the Dogwood course. Make this your comfortable home away from home with fresh furnishings and linens. Fully equipped kitchen and coffee bar. Stream all your favorite shows on the smart TVs. Main bedroom has 2 full size beds and the couch has a queen pullout. Inground pool/hot tub/workout room are included (not open 11/1-4/1).

1408l Studio Bedroom Home

Nice place. Comfortable bed and pillows. Quick access to the community pool which was great and had sun and shade available. Also quick access to Club house for golf. These next comments aren’t necessarily negative comments just things to be aware of. The unit is on the third floor and only stairs to access so careful loading heavy luggage. If more than two people are traveling then you’ll need a few folding chairs since there are only two in the unit. Good sized closet but only a night stand with two small drawers. If you want to unpack bring more hangers or luggage racks.

Studio Golf Home 1607l - Nc Seafood Country

It was a nice gated community! With tons of amenities and things to do. We did have an issue with getting the key code to get into to the condo. The messages we received had an “Ǎ” character instead of the numerical code. But after going to the front gate the security guy “Jay” gave me the information for the property manager who was able to get me squared away. Since it was July forth and the red awning office customer service was closed. But overall I would give the place a 10/10! Sometimes automation mess up but they were very helpful and got me taken care of!
