Sergio and Wendy were exceptional in working with us in changing checkin times when previous accommodations had changed. Very friendly and responsive to all inquiries and information. The home was absolutely gorgeous and a short walk to a private beach on property. Community was quiet and the security at the gate made it all feel safe. Close and quick Uber ride to most popular beaches and towns in the area and the additional amenities on the property though we did not has something for anybody who are looking for additional luxuries. Would highly recommend to anybody looking to visit El Salvador and the beautiful property

Aaron’s place is one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in the 11 years I’ve been using the app. The unit is in a gated community and surrounded by beautiful trees and has a direct view to the ocean. The patio and pool are perfect for relaxing during the warm days. The place was clean and had everything we needed. It’s about a 3-5 min drive to El Tunco and it’s super easy to get around. I would recommend having a car since it’s on a hill. Aaron was responsive and gave us recommendations as well. 10/10 recommend!

Jimmy and his partner were super friendly and attentive. They were quick with responses and even gave us recommendations for our next travel destination. Half way through our stay, they offered us fresh towels. A small but appreciated favor. We recommend this stay for anyone looking to enjoy the tropical coast in a comfortable, relaxing environment. This place is magical! The views are unbelievable - we were visiting during the rainy season and though we got rain as expected, the lake was a turquoise color which was a magnificent surprise. The house is all glass and perched above the lake. From the main living spaces and two front bedrooms you have a 360 degree view of the lake. It was very peaceful and quiet. The infinity pool was gorgeous. We got to meet Eduardo (and his brother!) who were both super friendly and helpful with information on booking tours nearby, arranging for transportation or anything else you may need. We used the kitchen quite a bit and found it nice as the stores and restaurants are not very near. The instructions for getting to the home could not be easier-but once you get there you don’t want to leave! This space would be perfect for a large family or group traveling together. Lots of space and privacy. Thank you for sharing for our first trip to El Salvador and we hope to return soon!

Magnificent experience. Casa Alta in Xanadu is one of those heavenly places in my country that fulfills everything a tourist is looking for... to escape from a routine life and enter another where you can admire the majestic sea in all its splendor from any location on this beautiful property with open spaces, spacious rooms, and a spacious and well-equipped kitchenette. As someone who works in hospitality, I want to mention the excellent service that Edwin and Maritza provided us during our stay, making it even more memorable for me and my family. Incredible AIRBNB, to connect with nature

This is one of the most beautiful rentals have ever booked! The views from all directions alone are worth booking! Javier and Luis offered exceptional communication and recommendations for the area. Our kids loved playing all the games they offered at the house. The swings, hammock, picnic table, and fire pit were a great for them as well. Their location is perfect, right in the middle of the Ruta de Flores. 5 stars all around, and definitely recommend booking for an unforgettable experience for your family!

An absolute gem. This is what peace feels like. Waking up to the sound of birds and sleeping to the sound of ocean waves crashing onto shore is something I can only wish to experience every day. Stephen's home captured the pure essence of paradise. It was exactly as pictured. We had everything we needed. My kids enjoyed the pool so much while I enjoyed the walks by the beach when the tides were low. Nestor was so helpful to us, and it was a pleasure meeting him. Pupusas from the restaurant nearby were delicious. Breakfast hit the spot with fresh bread from the vendor riding through the street. Only thing I can advise for future visitors are the mattresses. My mother-in-law complained about the mattresses being uncomfortable in the room with the bunk beds. She has a very bad back and wouldn't recommend those beds for someone with back issues. Oh and bring mosquito repellent! Thank you for opening your doors to us, Stephen!

I stayed here for almost 3 weeks and really enjoyed it. Super peaceful area, great for relaxing or getting some work done. The house had everything I needed, and the host was friendly and easy to reach. Would definitely stay again if I’m back in El Salvador.

amazing place! you will love your stay

Vanessa’s Airbnb was beautiful inside and out. The views from the second floor balcony alone make it worth it! We enjoyed our private pool and having beach access from the backyard. There is a lot of attention to detail put into the grounds and the house itself and they ensure you will have a lovely stay. There are staff that occasionally attend to things on the property, so you may see them from time to time. This wasn't an issue for us. The property felt secure. We have already decided to come back upon our return!!
