This modern and private modern studio has space for three people, located in one of the best areas of Lakeland, less than 1 mile from Lake Hollingsworth, close to downtown Lakeland and major universities. Close to Disney World and 1 hour from Clear Water Beach. It is a central but quiet neighborhood, close to Publix supermarket, restaurants, gas station and laundry. Without a doubt, a cozy space !!! First time in Lakeland and it was absolutely amazing! Not only does this home match the pics but it is very inviting. My fam and I felt right at home, my toddler loved the park across the street, the beds are super comfy and the stores/restaurants are very close. The host is very responsive and accommodating with great recommendations! Gorgeous home in beautiful Lakeland.

Ron is a great host. He is very kind and I felt safe and welcomed, even bringing our 60# dog. You will feel at home while here. The bungalow and the deck is in it's own area, it gives privacy. The bed was purposely made comfortable (5/5) and the installed a/c unit made the area cool. He provides 2 induction cooktops that work great! We will check for availability when we come here again.
