The modern, fully equipped kitchen sits conveniently next to the living area and includes all the appliances and utensils needed to feel at home. The apartment also features centralized air conditioning and heating, as well as a crib and high chair upon request, ensuring a comfortable stay for families and groups of friends. **This apartment is rented seasonally for medium- or short-term stays, in full compliance with the LAU regulations as a "use other than habitual residence." It is not available for tourist rentals; instead, it must be rented for work-related, personal, or family reasons, etc., and the tenant must reside outside Madrid. Moreover, the tenant must not establish permanent residence in this apartment, which will serve as temporary accommodation, and is not permitted to register it as their permanent address.** ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses** During your stay, access to the apartment is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified in the booking process. Consequently, entry to the apartment is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
