My boxing class makes it easier than ever to step into the ring for the first time. Strap on some gloves at my gym, Fightland Azca, and discover power you might not know you had. • I’ll welcome you to the gym, discuss the history of boxing in Spain, share the story of Fightland, and show you how to wrap your hands like a pro. • After a jump-rope warmup, I’ll demonstrate boxing fundamentals such as the guard stance, foot movements, and main punches using pads. • Once you’ve got the basics down, we’ll pair off for several exercises. Finally, you’ll get time with your own heavy bag so you can put your new knowledge and skills to work. When the final bell rings, we’ll have time to talk about your experience and take pictures around the gym. Don’t be surprised if you walk away feeling like a champ. Join me for a morning or evening functional training session in the scenic Retiro park. You’ll recharge in nature while boosting your energy, focus, and strength with my guidance. • We’ll start with joint mobility exercises and a dynamic warm-up to get your body loose and stretched, and your blood flowing. • Next, we’ll dive into the main workout: a circuit of eight exercises targeting your legs, push, traction, core, and back. Each exercise lasts 30 seconds with 15 seconds of rest—intense, but short enough to power through. • Wrap up with interval sprints to push your limits. Sprint, recover, and repeat to build endurance and strength. We’ll finish with gentle stretching to help your muscles recover, lower your heart rate, and celebrate all the effort you’ve put into our session.

On this 7km guided run, we’ll pace through the vibrant streets of Gran Vía, soak in the history of Puerta del Sol, marvel at the grandeur of the Royal Palace, and end in the serene greenery of Retiro Park. As we run, I’ll share stories from my journey as an athlete and my deep love for Madrid’s unique blend of culture, history, and urban beauty. • We’ll start with a brief introduction to my background as a runner and Olympian, followed by a 10-minute warm-up and stretch to prepare you to explore Madrid on foot. • From Puerta de Alcalá, one of Madrid’s most iconic landmarks, we’ll weave through the city center, passing Cibeles, Callao, and the bustling Puerta del Sol, soaking in the atmosphere as we run. We’ll also pass Neptuno and the elegant Prado Museum. • Our run will lead us into the tranquil beauty of Retiro Park, a runners’ paradise. We’ll pause at key spots to catch our breath, admire the scenery, and snap photos to capture the moment. We’ll wrap up with a cool-down session and stretching back at Puerta de Alcalá, where I’ll answer any final questions and share tips to help you stay inspired on your running journey.

I’ll teach you the basics in a fun session at my padel academy. No previous experience or equipment required. • We will start the class by warming up. Then we’ll play! • During our time together, I’ll share the story of my padel career, and give you insights on the sport and its relevance in Spain. We will meet at the tennis court and after a brief warm-up we will start our training session or our practice match. We could do some fun exercises if you would like to practice any particular shot or we could play a set, two sets….Then, we will stretch and have a recovery drink at the venue while we comment some tennis aspects of the game or about Madrid, whatever you prefer We will play in one of the most amazing tennis courts in Madrid with great views and a fantastic atmosphere. I will show you some more unknown corners, away from the traditional itineraries. We will incorporate cardio-training and toning and enjoy the ponds, monuments, fountains, gardens of this extraordinary game field. This visit is for you, whatever your fitness level. As long as you can walk or run about 1 km, play, move to the rhythm of music. At the end of the visit, you'll feel like great after this fun fitness class and happy to have met some splendid places in the heart of Madrid. Bring a bottle of water. A backpack you can run with. There are no lockers, just the trees and monuments.

Running tour in Madrid

I think there is no better way to explore a city then by foot and running makes you cover more than just walking. Not only is it a good way of seeing a lot of the sights as it’s also environmentally friendly and good for your health. On our running tour we will cover most parts of the city centre and it will give you a great insight in how the city is laid out and how the different neighbourhoods are connected. This is perfect if you want to continue exploring the city on your own afterwards. During the run we will cover a lot of various topics such as history, art, restaurants, bars etc. Because we’re a small group (maximum 8 people) then it’s easy to ask questions and the guide will do their best to help where possible with recommendations and tips to ensure you’re having a great time while visiting Madrid. Madrid is a busy city, and this will be reflected in the speed we run at and we will keep the same speed as the slowest runner in the group. Enjoy an intimate and fun experience, with a maximum group of 6 people - this won't be your typical tour. From Madrid, we'll head to the Monasterio de Piedra Natural Park. Rio Duratón / Kayak / Paella / Beach / Sepulveda

Our adventure will start in Madrid with a group max. of 6 and minimum of 2 people to do the tour, we will be like a group of friends who will explore. We leave at the Hoces del Río Duratón located in the province of Segovia, this river is located at the bottom of a large canyon that on some levels reaches 100 meters high, it is an area of immense natural, archaeological and historical richness. We will sail in Kayak from 2 to 3 people, for 1 hour and a half at a quiet pace and discover its imposing beauty, as we will see several ruins of hermitages on the bank of the river. Later we will disembark on a small beach where you can enjoy (Gazpacho, paella, mixed salad and summer red); you will enjoy some time from the beach while resting and we will return the kayak to the starting point. After this sporting charge we will head to the charming village of Sepúlveda where upon arrival we will be tempted by a delicious coffee accompanied by sweets typical of the village and we will take a light walk where we will reach the Mirador de la Virgen de la Peña where we will see the Rio Duratón but from the heights.
